Great timing for me because my cycle starts next week . I love honeycrisp and peanut butter! That’s my ultimate go to snack on any given day. I purchased my first ever LSF planner the other day and it’s supposed to come in the mail Friday! That’s my Xmas present to myself. So looking forward to using it everyday to help stay organized for the new year. Thank you for always putting out great content . Although I don’t use your app or workout programs, your videos has helped me tremendously when it comes to my health fitness/weight loss journey this past year. I lost 30 lbs and have a better relationship with food. Again, thank you . I can’t wait to try your protein next . Take care and happy holidays and Happy New Year ❤️

I just got home from vacation and am having horrible PMS symptoms so I had to give this video a rewatch, and I just heated up the dandelion root tea with Wing Woman and a cinnamon stick and thought to myself this is going to taste horrible but I’ll try anything, and it’s actually really good! Sorry for being skeptical 💕
Its awesome that you make Ryan food. No one should comment on that. Ryan helps you at work, you know about food. I make food for me and my husband and its wonderful…i don’t understand women who are anti helping or loving men…should be symbiotic. You have a lovely relationship!
Best way to cook your eggs and have them look camera ready. Once you crack them in your own add about a tablespoon of water and cover with a glass lid. As soon as you see your yolk turn white remove. Your whites will be very white and your yolk will be runny when you cut into it!
I always love these! It help inspire me to get back on it even when um on my period. It also reminds me how much I actually love healthy food and now I'm craving "real" whole food not boxed or packaged stuff lol I love that you always add something sweet because that's always been the hardest part for me. I'm so excited to try the dates thing you showed in the morning routine video! Also the oatmeal!! I have a bunch of your meal plans and now um just feeling so inspired to open those up and get to planning! Thanks so much for taking the time to make, edit and post these videos they really do help me out!!

PMS - pre menstrual syndrome. It grinds my gears when people use the term wrong 🤦♀️ it's akin to when people say, "I could care less" .... no, luv, you COULDN'T care less 🙃 it speak to the credibility of the channel that you don't understand the term but use it anyway

Probably crisps & chocolates, anything I can snack on during the day

Hotwings I make my own sauce also strawberries and definitely chips
I'm either 100% Team Salty (kettle chips are my go-to) or 100% Team Sweet (usually brownies in winter or ice cream in the summer).
Always sweet cravings over here with anything chocolate, and i mean anything! 🍫
