Where is customer service on her website?
Just try not to have a problem where their mistake has cost you hundreds of euros. At first they maybe look helpful, then there is radio silence. On an occasion where one “sorry” could have made all the difference. 🙁

I LOVE that a brand finally caters for true olives!!! Please don’t ever discontinue the olive shades, I’m a 9,5 and super happy to have my skin in a bottle! Can’t wait to receive the goodies- what a beautiful launch!!❤
Same here, but im on 2.5... Im light but with true olive undertone and really cannot find anything but LE foundation that make light shade with olive undertone.

Yes. Same here. I haven't tried the 9.5 yet as I'm still working through my no 9 foundation (before 9,5 came out). So am very interested in this non-greasy skin tint for the summer.
I added the 2.5 and 9.5 especially for those who struggle to find light olive shades 😉
The 2.5 for light olives is unlike anything on the market. The only true olive for fairer skin that looks skin like, isn’t like wearing a mask. Thank you so much for developing this shade for those of us olives that have a lot of trouble finding our shade. I really hope to see a matching concealer.
The liners would be perfect for actors doing period drama on film! I can totally see the gap in the market you’ve filled with both of these products. Amazing as always. ❤
Yes yes yes, THANK YOU for focusing on neutrality! It's so difficult for me to find any truly neutral base products (which is why I enjoy the almost gray tones of K-beauty foundation products), because any over-saturated peach, yellow, orange, or pink undertones look wrong on me. For a while I thought I was possibly olive, but then testing some of your olive samples confirmed I'm not; I really am a middle-of-the-road plain beige. I'm so glad whenever I hear about a new base that actually aims for and achieves legit neutral undertones. For reasons I can't fathom too many makeup companies think we're all citrus-colored, or want to be.
It's a happy coincidence you demonstrated T6 because I think that would be my shade as well. 😊 And thank you for making it alcohol-free!
I agree with you!! So tired of the oompah loompa shades-especially the peach/apricot undertones of foundation and blush shades. I, too, gravitate toward the grey undertones.
Omg Lisa with the skintint and blush and lip pencil on you look like a boticelli painting! So fresh, soft, blurred yet defined, luminous, shine without the grease... it's everything! The skintint and lip pencils really address a gap in the market.. never saw a lip pencil that true to natural lips! even without a gap in the market i just love your launches because i can feel you behind them and how personal and how full of love and care and passion and integrity it is! Love watching your launch videos, they just feel like listening to a wonderful story unfold and take shape I get transfixed haha

It’s so true often times true olive skin tones are left out of skin, tint shades. I think that’s why most of the time I don’t buy skin tints because they run very orange or very pink..

A good sculpting lip pencil is my favourite makeup item!
My vermillion border is super pale, making my philtrum look long for my face, so I feel like this tiny bit of enhancing really complements my facial proportions and makes them shine. :))

As somebody with sensitive skin, I have to say I am really scared of the salicylic acid. So far, I haven't been able to tolerate any product with SA in it and I don't really see why it should be an ingredient of a foundation. To me, this is something like retinol from "conceptual" point of view - yes, it's an active, yes it can have proven results, but it also comes with potential side effects and it requires an active (ironically) decision to include it in one's skincare routine. I don't generally mind the trend of including rather "harmless" skincare ingredients in makeup, i.e. ingredients that can perhaps potentially help improve the skin but in the worst case cannot really do harm and do nothing (and are just marketing). But stuff like salicylic acid... I don't want THAT in my foundation. It's like 10-20 years ago, when companies used to include pretty heavy fragrance in foundations (some stuck in the old times still do...) - it's nothing I would like to have in a foundation, even though I may like perfume per se, if you know what I mean.
You're mentioning it in the video yourself that you tried to have it free from fragrance and alcohols and stuff like that, but for sensitive skin, SA can be similarly risky if not worse, so I don't understand why it's on the ingredients list.
I mean, it's LE, granted, I am hooked on her & products, I am very probably going to try it, but... I feel like I am taking a huge risk here and I don't understand why I should even feel like that when buying a foundation (which otherwise sounds lovely, so I would love to try it and its other benefits, but the SA.... I am scared.)
Yes, afraid I will have to pass on it because of the salicylic acid. My rosacea does not like it. 😢

I had a terrible rosacea breakout when using a cleanser that had SA. I had to go on antibiotics to clear it up. I was lucky it was 2020 so didn’t need to leave the house, I looked awful 😢
When I see that skin tint, I can't help but think it would be the perfect thing to offer the mother of the bride or groom before the wedding if she doesn't usually wear makeup but still wants to look nice. Take her out dress shopping and swing by the Lisa Eldridge counter while you're at it. A skin tint and a nice lipstick and she's sorted.

Oh, that’s a shame, salicylic acid. It’s a great ingredient, but I have sensitive rosacea skin so absolutely cannot apply an exfoliating acid daily like this.
I have rosacea and salicylic acid actuelly SAVED my skin ! I use 3 drops of PAI’s salicylic booster in their Back to life serum EVERY DAY ! Salicylic acid is actually a saver for me !
No one is supposed to exfoliate daily 😮 I’m sad to hear that it’s in the product
May I ask what percentage of Salicylic acid is included? There are very few products that I tolerate with it and not used on an everyday basis 😔
