If you ever want to do something funny with garen even though he has no AP ratios he benefits a lot of from the abilities of AP items. Rylas gives him a slow on E Rocket Belt gives him a dash Cosmic gives him a bunch of haste and speed Liandry's gives him %max hp burn and bonus damage (which applies to his ult) Riftmaker also gives bonus damage (and it gives omnivamp making garen even more tanky) Lichbane and nashors are also kinda nice on him. Also also he's weirdly good at using aery if you desperately want to give him an AP ratio(or if you want be funny)
His w has a passive which every time he kills a minion 0.2 or 0.3 mr and armor gets adeed to his over all and it stacks with a limit of 30 mr and armor
Day 14 of realizing every champ is really broken and riot should fix them

The rune goes crazy. Was playing Karthus on ARAM yesterday and it ended up refunding 6 minutes by end of a 35 minute game
