Absolutely loved this! Thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to film these. I find them so helpful :) I do have a question! Can you explain what you were seeing around the 14 minute mark with that client? I think the name you called it started with an F. Is it mostly a dry patch that needs to be sanded down? Thank you!
Just watched the video , thanks for the mention Jess really appreciate it , at the 14 minute mark after dog cuddles Jess was dealing with a Verruca that she has treated with verrutop and then probably debrided the dry skin in between regards Burr Man Dan
Hi Staphanie 🖐 so glad you've found it helpful. 😀 The young lady had a stubborn Verruca which usually has callus covering it, I usually par it away with a blade. To get access to the Verruca to treat. I never file it for risk of it spreading. This young lady's VP has now gone, I was checking to see whether the lines/ridges on the foot where the vp was has gone back to normal which signifies the vp has gone. The treatment I used was verrutop which only required 6 treatments every fortnight. Hope that answers your question 🙏 Jess x x
Hello! I love seeing what other practitioners are doing in other parts of the world as it pertains to foot care. Really enjoyed this video. Quick question- where did you purchase your foot stool for clients? I'm currently mobile and this would be so helpful. I have seen a few online, but most have a mixed bag of reviews. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks and can't wait for the next video.
Hi Amanda, I'm so glad you've enjoyed this video! I purchased my foot stool from c and p medical. I have a section on my website of all the Podiatry suppliers in the UK here notapod.co.uk/podiatry-suppliers Not sure where you are based x x
Hi Jess. I just came across your channel and absolutely love how engaging you are. I would love an opportunity to Shadow your amazing work if at all possible please. 😊😊😊😊😊😊
Hi am regularly following your channel Very much interested in this field can you gave some guidance as to how to really get into this field Am living in d caribbean am an RN Not many of these persons at my institution at present😊
It's actually quite easy to get into, here in the UK anyway. Simply enroll onto a FHP course. As you are a RN you should have no problem. What part of the Caribbean are you? I know of someone who studied online from the Caribbean on a UK foot health course, but not sure how she was able to do her practical training x
