Deranged Off-Road I thought about the tailgate first too. Problem is when you lower the gate and tilt the bed (to load deer 😉) the lights aren’t shining back anymore. 😳. That’s why I went under the tail light. Plus they look like they are supposed to be there.
I'm looking to buy a HD10 like yours soon ... probably early next year. This video gives me some great ideas. You did an incredible job on the entire project. I'm a bowhunter too and like your idea for the bow holder ... and the rear winch to pull your deer up onto the bed is something I was toying with as well. Fantastic. Best video I've seen in a long time. Going to watch some of your other videos now :) thanks
Eric N these are awesome machines. I bought a Lonestar almost a year ago. So far it's been bullet proof. I've got a few videos of it on my channel. Currently installing oem half doors.
The XT model is apart of the X package line any model with an X in front of it is an X package. XT is the X package the T stands for Trail. XMR is an X package MR stands for Mud Ready.
Hi,we have a series of UTV and ATV ,Truck and Jeep aftermarket accessories, now we are looking for some people to evaluate the can am defender led turn signal DRL lights , are you interested?
Looking for some advice. Will the gear rail you have installed accept a chainsaw holder or is it dedicated only for the gun scabbards? I also have the same cargo winch that you have and am concerned that the Cain saw mount will interfere with the winch. They offer a 2nd gear rail that appears to go straight across vs the style you have. Thanks for any help.
Also wanted to add...I did have a RJWC exhaust on. Looked fantastic and sounded great at idle. It was 10db louder than stock until I added their quiet core. It was then 6db louder and sounded great. Issues: drone after awhile gives you a headache and harder to hear your music inside. Wife didn’t like the drone, so it came off.

Todd Ray I made wooden holders that mount in the bed locations with a 1” square hole. Ran the 1” bar across and using sure grip holders to hold the bow. Super easy. Pulls right out in an instant when not in use.
I noticed the Rigid back up lights where the reflectors were, I did the same thing for my HD8 and they work great. Nice rig.
I'm digging your machine. You've fixed it up nice. I picked up a Lonestar edition last year and I'm slowly getting it how I want it.
Deranged Off-Road thanks. The modifications never end. 😉
pyrocrew13 it's true. I'm now eyeing those ridgid back up lights. I considered putting lights in the tailgate, but this seems like a better solution.

Joe Whitaker are you still planning on picking up a Defender? I purchased one last year. They're definitely great machines.
Looks good! I've got an HD8 I've had for a little over a year now and I love it.

Wanted to add that I just added the can am heater system. AMAZING!!
Heater sure is great for year around riding. Mine is my walk around machine since I am disabled and heater makes it real nice.
Perfect for hunting! I need to get one of these soon !
Thanks for reviewing the accessories for the can am. I'm thinking about buying one and nice to know what's out there for aftermarket.
Beautiful ride!
I just bought one of these myself looking for ideas to add to it thanks for the video
you siad your backup lights were rigid brand can you post a link for them. I cant seem to locate them. I love them btw . thanks
Rigid ignite back up light kit.
What are your thoughts on the bed side rails? Do they offer much utility?
Not so much
Hi,we have a series of UTV and ATV ,Truck and Jeep aftermarket accessories, now we are looking for some people to evaluate the can am defender led turn signal DRL lights , are you interested?
Sure. You made the set?
So I need to do an install video?

Buckdragger I think mine is dedicated to the scabbards. I’ve only glanced at the chainsaw mount, but don’t think it will mount on the rail. 🤔
What kind of roof lights are those? Can you link all your gear for us?
Those are all can am accessories out of the can am catalog
Other than the springs, is the height stock? What size Tire can you fit stock? I have the same machine

I didn’t catch what size your tires are?
28x10x14
Where did you fish your back up lights threw, being the bed tilts.
Where the bed hinges, they jump to the frame. Run along to the frame to the battery hole.
Does your bow mount just sit in cargo box sides or are they secured with a bolt or something?
Darrell Howard that set up was just held in by pressure. I have a new video where I changed it slightly.
pyrocrew13 did you make the bow mount ? I have looked at hornet but didn’t want to spend that much
Where did you get the xmr seats
There was a deal on them somewhere a few years ago. Don’t remember where.
What's that sound bar? Hows it sound?
Do you have any dust issues in the cab with the front and rear window fully closed?
Joseph Floerke with the doors on or off? I do get some dust with doors off obviously, but the front and rear window makes a huuuuge difference
@@pyrocrew13 doors on full cab. My dad has one and it leaks bad. But it's a 4 seat.
Yeah. No leaks here, but I sealed all holes.

Where did you get the X emblem to go on the tailgate?
Lol. People keep asking me that. It was from my snowmobile. Ski doo renegade X
Hey the real question I'm looking for one how much out there for this 1

I would like to know how hard it is to put more comfortable seat replacement in ?

Has anyone put 32" tires on their HD10 that knows if I'm going to need to do clutch work or not ?
Mike Gunn no need for it. Turns the tires fine. Just depends what you’re doing. Deep mud? Definitely
