- Join me today on one of the very best fishing trips of my life! We start this one in the dark having a ton of fun throwing flies at juvenile tarpon. As the sun came up we moved into a very special that is almost impossible to get to. This place is loaded with mangrove shorelines, seawalls and hidden secret salt ponds and we were rewarded with some incredible trophy snook at this spot! very nice, all quality fish. i use the b-whip w/my own flies. im out west and focus on freshwater tarpon almost exclusively. dawn/dusk are the best times for me and my work schedule. thx again.

My only tip would be to stay consistent and keeping putting out the best possible quality product you can. Be proud of what you’re putting out there and stay authentic. To me that’s the way to do anything in life. Hope that helps.
