My friend used to work in Amul as a food technology engineer, he said that after pasteurisation they also add some alkaline solution to maintain the Ph of the milk.
Can you find out what they add?

Bhai zyada fat aur snf kay leya is may mix kiya jata haii like soap powder and oil for high fat and snf understood my advice is dont buy these packets buy from local dairy
