Mori uses whistle which is a disconnected register, very different from Sohyang and she made several vocal breaks in performance in Korea. However, she is an amazing singer just not a great technician like Sohyang.

The impressive thing about So Hyang is that almost all of the extremely high notes she hits are in her chest voice. I'm a good singer, not a professional, and I could do those notes okay but only in head voice. Like her chest range is actually inhuman. A lot of these people are (sort of) hitting the notes, but they either lack the strength and control in their voice, or they're in head voice. To be honest, you would need to train so much to be able to hit notes like So Hyang. (Pammie was the most impressive though.)

So Hyang had already mastered her own voice, she's in control of her singing. It's not the song that's taking the lead, but her. So Hyang is very skillful and well-trained, I somehow wanna learn more about Asia's Song Bird - Regine Velasquez's capable of reaching notes and technique since she's been trained in a risky way, as well. A queen in her prime.

The impressive thing about So Hyang is that almost all of the extremely high notes she hits are in her chest voice. I'm a good singer, not a professional, and I could do those notes okay but only in head voice. Like her chest range is actually inhuman.
A lot of these people are (sort of) hitting the notes, but they either lack the strength and control in their voice, or they're in head voice. To be honest, you would need to train so much to be able to hit notes like So Hyang.
(Pammie was the most impressive though.)
