    Yeeeah, git it thousandaire! Dig the quotes!! That's ALMOST as good as gold. I weekly pay my balance off on the card. I've built my credit rating from around 540 to over 760, good stuff for sure. Ya know, Ive been reasured that there are jobs galore out there, and I've been on indeed, and it LOOKS like that's the case...until you try to get hired for one. . Union hasnt called, might be time to find an alternative until the market picks back up (if it does). The outlook doesnt look too promising, BUT, if a person is to make it, sometimes you have to make your own job. (may have to get the garage straightened to fire up the wood shop, bust open the books and make it happen. I could sell wooden storage boxes, chests, and other wooden whatnots to make the ends meet) Great Video!!

      I recently have seen a video that said companies were taking applications and interviewing but not hiring. For some reason they want to appear busy. I’m not sure if that’s true. It is thought provoking though 🤔

      My wife just quit her job, and got a new job after 1 week of looking. As far as building crafts essentially, it's important to remember your competition is retirees and mennoties( u know). In a licensed carpenter and have built a few things with scrap on speculating, but when it's time to sell, you can almost never recoup the time cost I make doing other work. I charge large to compensate my 50 wasted hours on other people's wish lists

    • @smalltimeprepper4885
      @smalltimeprepper4885 3 місяці тому +1

      The Mennonites are real competition especially in all the old crafts... The good stuff though maybe I should make a video of how to hustle during the collapse. I'll spoil it here for you gentleman. The garuntee pay is garbage collection, and flipped into an electronic scrapping business as it's primary business model. The garage collection gets you in the door, and when businesses see you're actually an electronics computer recycling center this will get you the bigger clients that pay well, and have quality electronics most of which still work they just need a company to help with the yearly tax write-off/ upgrades. The servers alone will net you 1000s while you make hundreds per load hauling trash for rual areas and the little guy to keep things afloat. Trust me I know I girl with her own truck who inherited the business from her dad, and she's never worked a day in her life😅 I tried to get her into computer scrapping thinking she was struggling, but she was making waaaaaay more than me, and laughed at me trying to help. I never knew how lucrative trash could be. Good luck gentleman any job when you pay yourself first in precious metals and investing will be ok. I'm not a hater flip burgers as long as you can stand it stack silver and by stock in the company. Organize corporate take over become CEO ❤😊

    Its absolutely right. I have enough time to watch this cat stack his things, but i also enjoy working on my hotrod, hanging out with my wife and kids, working in the shop etc. Time waits for now man. In one way or another, the only way to achieve your hoals is to take action, and persue them

    Liked the quote as well as "in sight means in mind". That's worth a ponder for sure. I have all my bills, literally all of them, going to one credit card. I have that card set to pay itself - in full - every month from my bank acct. My limit has increased to the point where I've asked 'em to stop it and the credit score is 830+. The card I use gets me points where I want 'em to be. Just gotta have enough fiat in the bank to cover the payments. Took me ages to wise up to being wiser with credit cards. They are a trap for most, and were for me, for a long time.

    And nickels are really five cent pieces. The first "nickel" was the 3 cent piece back in mid to late 1800s.

    • @thousandaireradio3199
      @thousandaireradio3199  3 місяці тому +2

      That is interesting. The metal itself is called nickel. I wonder when they named it before or after the 3 cent piece.

    • @silvertrek357
      @silvertrek357 3 місяці тому +1

      @thousandaireradio3199 the first 3 cent pieces were silver, but people hoarded those and they were prone to wear, so they were switched over to a nickel alloy and i think that's when they started calling them nickels(?)

    A concept about goal setting that I have been using this year is expanding on the 5-10 at goal concept. Look at where you were 5 years ago and compare it to where you are now. Look at your current trajectory and see if you would like to follow the path you have set out for the next 5 years. Another way to put it, are you half way to the 10 year goal you set 5 years ago? Maybe it’s time for a pivot.

    13 years ago one of the rich ones- Kyle Bass- bought $1,000,000.00 in nickels from the Fed. He is worth billions so having some negative interest (storage costs) assets means nothing to him. I had more nickels than any of you ever should have. It did turn out to be a good form of savings, I brought them back to the bank and bought the trailer I used to move South back in 2020. Moving 3300 pounds of coins was not an option, and the bank was glad to have them as there was a coin shortage at that time. I have started a bourbon collection. Pennies are a waste of space, IMO. Too little value, too much weight. Look up how much copper is mined every year. It is millions of TONS. It will always have value, it will never be precious.

      I’m pretty much a bitcoin maxi merely because I don’t have time to research altcoins. I see bitcoin as a store of value with a fair launch (no pre mining) and a first mover advantage and most adopted. I see altcoins as tech start ups (which require lots of time to research each one) that can mostly be copied and pasted , and are under threat by the sec(not my biggest concern). I know there is cash to be made with them but there is also cash to be lost and they move fast so I generally opt out of discussing them on my channel.

      I don’t know the melt value of a half dollar off the top of me head this morning but if I can get ten nickels instead I would rather have them. Ok I looked it up… $0.1195778 so 11 cents melt value. Compared to the premiums on copper rounds it’s not the worst plus you can always just spend them. The ratio is very similar with Eisenhower dollars. I keep Eisenhower dollars when I get them. Thanks for the encouragement! Oh and I just bought a comic book. It’s a modern one so I know it could be a dud. I got Incredible Hulk 373 (first titan hulk) Ryan Stegman variant Cgc 9.8 for $150.00 plus tax.
