@@evilsquizz you're wrong. Western media constantly emphasises that chinese people are also victims of their authoritarian government. Nice try though.
It is really touching and heartwarming to see this! I work as a cashier/waitress in a restaurant, and I sometimes get deaf drivers from UberEats - they are lovely to work with! I sincerely hope for the best of them in their pursuits. Be kind and patient towards deaf people, everyone!
Regarding the fact that they cannot communicate through the Intercom: maybe a pre-recorded message would help. Great video and huge respect for the hard-working guys!
At the same time, I know China is developing technology or probably already developed one to automate package sorting by 🤖 s. Hope they could train them for more value-added tasks like monitoring at all in case automation happens sooner.
I like how they treat the hearing impaired people like normal human beings unlike the US which they give them such a hard time to find work & have a better life.
I like how they are trying to innovating everything(usong techonology) to not migrate to another countries like people from middle east, africa and south asian countries do.😒😒😒😒😒
If you wanted to say the Chinese migrant workers don't go for work to Singapore, Africa, elsewhere, this is obviously not the case. Even SMCP acknowledges that Belt and Road project is developed to secure, among other things, construction jobs overseas to the Chinese workers.
Yes. I live in Texas, US and the Fedex here leave my package on my patio of my apartment every time. With such high fence around my patio, I really appreciate their arm muscle.
yeah I wonder about that too. I was surprised to learn that deaf people are allowed to drive cars here in America, and I always wonder what happened if they can't hear traffic sounds. Won't it be too dangerous?
@@apersonfromtheinternet3444 atleast in where I live, it is extremely rare for people to honk at other when driving. Like in my entire life, these case are like a dozen or so. So it wasn't that big of a deal in here, I don't know if it is a big deal in your place though.
I also wonder about that. In US, I think deaf people are allowed to drive. I suppose they have to be extremely careful to drive or be 100% attentive in driving to avoid getting honk at. Let's hope and pray they navigate the world safety!
I did meet some deaf drivers coming pick up food when I worked in a restaurant. It must be hard to them, so I treat them with more patience or give them free drink.
It is dangerous for the deaf delivery worker. People horn their vehicle and the deaf worker with their bike cannot hear it. Accident could be higher in these kind of people putting other road users at risk.
Depending on the hearing level, even the super low ones many deaf ppl have residual hearing, they can also feel vibrations or noise around them if it loud enough, also they have there sight, like anyone else they should be looking first and foremost for the pedestrian first. hearing people ride bikes and wear headphones while riding all the time, their hearing is definitely inpaired so they have to be just as vijulent as these delivery workers are. So no there isn't really a higher risk, if they are paying attention, and lastly accidents happen mostly when people are not looking or paying attention with their eyes.
Nick Mah I’m disagreeing with you because I’m deaf. Not many deaf community can hear a well or not. Deaf people can see and drive. If you don’t believe me, go look at url: www.enddd.org/end-distracted-driving/enddd-blog/yes-deaf-are-allowed-to-drive/

This is great. My only concern is their safety. What if someone honks to warn them and they don't hear it and end up getting into an accident? Hopefully, they have technology that can mitigate that blindspot.
People on the road use there eyes, bicyclists are extra vijulent and look around them consistantly and naturally for basic safety as they are 100 percent exposed, they also have designated lanes for bicyclists as well. Deaf people can also see flashing lights, turn signals, stop lights, there are also different hearing levels , so some have residual hearing, if they have an auditory tool like a hearing aid that increases what they can hear. Even if they didn't have any residual hearing just like anyone else walking, driving, riding a bike, skateboard etc. You have to use your eyes and pay attention, thats when peolple really get hurt. A hearing person could be blasting music in their headphones and using instagram or something not pay attention and walk right onto the street.
