When my canon eos m50 II makes a picture, it's not getting fit into the template photobox of the print layout. Nor will there be black cropping bars. How to adjust this so it fits? Now the customer isn't seeing when they are out of the picture.. As there are no black cropping bars.

still I dont understand about focus, if you set “M” meaning you had manually focus? but lens was set AF so how does it work? Thanks
M means Manual control your camera ( diafragma/shutter), not the lens focus.

Make sure your camera is set to 3:2 format and S2 resolution.
When you put a logo on the template is there a way to get the original copy without the logo as well?

What if my dslr mirror booth comes with a flash and the booth will be inside a enclosed inflatable?
No problem adjust your flash settings, low power and adjust the iso to probably a low value like 200 to start.
