Thank you to the new owner for allowing you to film outside and in his home. What a nice home, so elegant and charming. These old fairy tale cottages, are so well built. I wonder how many were standing with the earthquakes hit, while other buildings and houses were destroyed or broken? Very nice Daze, for getting permission to film this extremely lovely home!
What a wonderful and kind man. He is every bit who I imagine when I think of your typical everyday Californian. He just has such a friendly, artsy, chill vibe. And so nice to see owners embracing the beauty of their house and keeping its integrity and charm in tact.
What a treat to view and hear all the history. I can watch this all day.

I'd like to see what the "neighborhood" looked like through those windows when the house was first built. My guess is that it was a lot more rural.

All the little details were like little treats (I love the double door opening of the linen closet to the bathroom). Students of architecture should watch this 'cause houses aren't built like this anymore.

I remember when I was a kid my Uncle rented a holiday house that was very unique and whimsical like the Egasse Brasche House and I can still remember exploring all the nooks & crannies with my cousin and the great adventures we created while we were there. No, they charge too much for the trip there and back. It's a tourist trap. I'd rather use that money towards a trip overseas for what they charge
