Why can’t I playback videos while the housing is on? I get a play button with a slash through it. I have to remove the dive housing in order to review them on my phone. Very inconvenient!

Is there a software update coming soon? Just got the housing for Christmas, but a lot of the features do not function as advertised or described in the manual. If there is no update soon, will have to return it.
@@olabashanda When I used it 2 months back on my last diving trip, there were tons of bugs. None of them were addressed by customer service. So I'd say, no.
