No dobrze, idę upiec. Mam wszystkie składniki.. minęło 50 minut ciasto włożone do piekarnika i niestety w blaszce tortowej. Zobaczymy co z tego wyjdzie i czekamy 45 minut. Ps. Minęło 50 minut ciasto lekko przestygło i jest pyszne. Oczywiście gdybym to włożyła do foremki prostokątnej miałoby lepszy wygląd, ale smakowo jest bardzo dobre z tym że ja nie dałam 120 g cukru tylko 100 i jeszcze uważam to za dużo, dodałam parę kropelek aromatu rurowego dodatkowo i rodzynki. Ciasto ma fajne maślany smak i uważam że można dołożyć jeszcze troszkę więcej sera. Ciasto dobre do rozwijania, ale odradzam 120 g cukru bo byłoby absolutnie za słodkie. Of course if I had put it in a rectangular tin it would have had a better appearance, but flavour-wise it is very good, except that I didn't give 120g of sugar but 100 and I still think that's too much, I added a few drops of rum flavouring in addition and sultanas as I didn't have any cranberries. The cake has a nice buttery flavour and I think you could add a little more cheese. The cake is good for making new versions, but I would advise against 120g sugar as it would be absolutely too sweet.
