- We've ridden the 2025 Ski-Doo deep snow line (and some trail and crossover stuff). Bruce Kerbs and Ryan Harris break down the changes and updates and talk about our first impressions on the 2025 stuff.
why no buddy tracking?
Can you upgrade a 24 to rack steering?
I especially love how Doo’s website doesn’t work. But I’ve already lost interest in finding out what’s new.
How much weight does the rack steering add? Overall weight on the 2024 Freeride vs the 2025? Seems like the steering is mainly to appease the people buying them for trail?
One pound added on the Freeride with rack steering
Prices probably went Up another few thousand ….
On the Freeride colors specifically. The flare yellow is non-turbo and the black is only available in turbo.
You can get either color in Turbo R or n/a
@@SnoWestMagazine not according to the “build your own” on the website!
Weird. We rode a Flare Yellow Turbo R and all of our material shows both colors/either engine package.
@@SnoWestMagazine ok. I just double checked. I am partially incorrect. Lol. You can get the turbo in either, but the non-turbo is only in yellow. When you go to build a black sled, it automatically changes to high altitude and turbo. 👍🏼
Yeah, we’ve been checking too and what we said in the first reply isn’t accurate. You can get the flare yellow Freeride in Turbo R or n/a, but the black Freeride only in Turbo R.
Ya skidoo seriously, you mind updating the 23 and 24 sleds drivers? I got 900miles on my expert turbo and it's been ratcheting a little worse ever ride it seems. And that is with tightening the track tension along the way. Never had to run a track as tight and still have it ratchet when it hooks up suddenly.
Next time you need to bring me along as your "translator" I lived right there for 2 years.
they should be offering the updated sprockets free of charge to G5 owners. Factory ones are a joke on my 24 freeride
RX easier steering Big deal, all sled should be easier to steer. All skidoo have a ton of skipressure. Even with suspension adjustments.
175” demise?
Pretty much nothing
