"By Shor! You died? Why are you a ghost?" "I have unfinished business" "What unfinished business" "Well, you see... the Dragonborn never delivered that iron ore to my friend across the street from where I lived, so now i'm doomed to haunt the mortal world until it's done and I can finally give him this 75 gold I've been carrying around with me. Also maybe attend his wedding but there's only like... a 30% chance that i'll actually go."
I'd...actually would love to see that! Maybe it can be apart of some massive update for the afterlife mod or if not, it's own standalone mod with preferably little to no compatibility issues. I think a "ghost mod", this afterlife mod and some kind of "callback" mod were most NPCs have new dialogue were they remember or acknowledge the things you've done...including killing them. Additionally *a NPC "disposition mod"* would also be neat to include with these potential mods too! *Ex. (below)* *(in the soul cairn)* *Nazzem:* OH! Yes...I remember you! Your the one who 'soul trapped' me, killed me and DOOMED me to reside here in this ACCURSED REALM FOREVER!! *Player:* Oh wow! Yeah it's been ages since then, killing you and damming your soul to this place forever...aahhh, good times! Sooo...how's it been? You get to the the cloud distinct lately? *[chuckles]* Nazzim: **scowls** (Nazzim will remember that)
you know what you should do for April Fool's? the most unimmersive mod imaginable sure, there are contenders, like the ones that introduce non-dwemer GUNS. But I mean one that completely shatters your sense of oneness with the universe
I don't know if it exists, but anything that adds anime-styled characters to the game without changing the original ones would completely destroy MY immersion XD
I'm very glad that you guys found a new sponsorship than rather than G2A, especially one that aims to help people. Anyway the mod looks really good. I don't think I'll use it as I prefer realtime lockpicking, but it still looks cool!
Never stop making Skyrim videos. Your videos are the best and are done very professionally. I wouldn't have found half of my mods if you guys weren't doing this. Keep up the great work!
Getting back into skyrim modding, it is good to see the community is still quite active, and I am surprised you now have sponsored videos. Very cool, glad to see your still at it and making money :D
Hmm... *List of people to send to the Soul Cairn* 1.Nazeem 2.Braith 3.Nelkir 4.Olfrid Battle-Born 5.Ulfric Stormcloak 6.Thalmor 7.J'Zhargo 8.That Argonian in Solitude offering you a job to sink a ship 9.Heimskr 10. all other enemy NPCs
What if all NPCs can be killed but those with quests return as ghosts that can be interacted with. And once that quest is complete, they disappear and return to the soul cairn
Trapping people in the soul carn is one of the most awesome, hilarious ways to be evil that is 100% lore friendly and immersive that I've ever seen for this game.
Damn it Brodual, now I want to create a thief character, and I am still in the middle of my dark mage/necromancer playthrough! I don't have time for this much fun!
Some ideas about adding *new seperate world spaces to Sovrngarde* that technically allow for even more dead people to exist in the afterlife. After all not all warriors are chosen by Shor or have yet to best Tsun in honored combat. Now this doesn't mean that they couldn't eventually be able to get into the halls of Valor should, Shor himself decide to take them in or these spirits prove themselves to Tsun. But for those who desire not to journey to Shor's great halls they can instead continue on in many of Sovrngard's other notable places, find their own fulfilment in (the after) life. What you thought the "halls of valor" were the only notable location?! Nope there are (or there could be) many other wondrous places in the blessed realm for valiant spirits to dwell forevermore in bliss. Grasslands as green as perfect emeralds, springs of deep wisdom, caves of singing crystals, nymph-like (nature goddesses) maidens who bare the sweetest honey mead, endless fests of the most savory foods. There could be trees as tall as small mountains, other halls and long houses for honored dead to rest or engage in merriment, not to mention all manner of strange mythical creatures, boar-gods, lake drakes (assuming there are lakes in Sovrngarde), great eagles as large as houses, talking moths, and maybe even *GIANT TURTLES! (cause why not..) Another idea involves a number of rivers that can reflect what goes on in the living world, specifically places were the still living can be seen leaving offerings and prays to their dearly departed loved ones.* These gestures would not bestow any buffs or anything like that but it's just something I thought could be touching, the dead should NOT be forgotten! Anyway just wanted to share this, hope it can inspire the mod author or really any mod maker to expand on the concept of the afterlife(s) which I feel has been sorely neglected in or trivialized in most fantasy worlds. *"May you know peace in Sovrngarde, free from strife forevermore or until the World-eater finishes his meal..."*
Shout out to you for not only supporting the Skyrim community, but people suffering from mental health issues as well. Go make that money and I hope you have a great day! Keep growing that channel!
It seems the Afterlife mod has long since been gone for a couple years now, the author's note was that it "needs a bunch of patches, will be up when it's done" which is never (unlikely at least) with how long it's been now... which blows as this mod was something that should've been in the base game to begin with...
It would be nice to see all and any essential tags disappear from NPCs, but as long as they were essential they will be a ghost in their home location. Minus interactions like chopping firewood of course. I can see whole ghosttowns ^^
Mods like the ghosts gives me the hope for quests that appear from those killed. Someone you brutally murdered or you barely killed with a sliver a your own life remaining may be causing trouble in a town trying to get the attention of you, the hero, to face off with you once again and get revenge. Quests that just happen out of nowhere that bring you on new adventures are what I want in an RPG that will give countless hours of play. I don't want to know how to trigger every quest I've played in a previous play through or to keep finding more so I don't bore
The afterlife mod is unavailable because of technical difficulties the creator has yet to fix. They said they would fix them and then re-upload, that was in August of 2019... So it probably won't be back for SE.
I know this vid is from a while back but...I had an idea on how to expand (literally) the afterlife mod. *Maybe the author could add (if possible) new world spaces to the afterlife, like blessed fields, glittering caves of everlasting wisdom, and lesser halls of honored dead? (but still VERY nice!)* That way they could technically put more dead people in them, who's to say all dead people would spend their afterlife in one place, why not have different "halls" (figuratively) that catter to various honored dead? *From career warriors and honest farmers to artisans and passionate scholars (whom died fighting...well enough), all kinds of spirits could find their ideal paradise...*
It would he so cool if the first mod also add the other places where dead people go like the plains of Hircine and the places where elves, khajits and argonians or redguards go
Khajiit cutting the hole through the glass is straight out of Shrek 2
Un orginal bullshit, how dare they copy a legendary anime.
Blasphemy
Caleb Collier
Unscrew the Pommel, throw it away, grab an Onion, and end them rightly!
I’ve been watching too much Skallagrim...
@@shimo7013 I can't believe you insulted Shrek by calling it "anime" yikes!
I'm so going to soul trap Nazeem to the Soul Cairn!! -Cloud district my ass!!
Do you get out of the Soul Cairn vary often? O what am I saying of course you don't >:D
James Parker
On that note.
Do we _really_ want Nazeem _anywhere_ ?
But.... he's Speedwagon though! I... feel so conflicted!
"By Shor! You died? Why are you a ghost?"
"I have unfinished business"
"What unfinished business"
"Well, you see... the Dragonborn never delivered that iron ore to my friend across the street from where I lived, so now i'm doomed to haunt the mortal world until it's done and I can finally give him this 75 gold I've been carrying around with me. Nazzim: **scowls**
(Nazzim will remember that)
>kill someone > go to sovengarde and kill them again, cursing them to damnation
Now this is a sponsorship I can actually stand😊
its better than g2a
your avatar is a painting
what
Shame that BetterHelp is a scam
Yep its a big scam
you know what you should do for April Fool's?
the most unimmersive mod imaginable
sure, there are contenders, like the ones that introduce non-dwemer GUNS.
But I mean one that completely shatters your sense of oneness with the universe
I don't know if it exists, but anything that adds anime-styled characters to the game without changing the original ones would completely destroy MY immersion XD
Sterling Muse Oh, that certainly exists. I’m just scared to look.
John Peacekeeper Thomas the tank engine mod
The Lorebane Manor mod fits this description
basement emo kid what are you talking about? I can't get immersed without that mod on
Well you are screwed now nazeem.
"Do you go to the living world often? Oh, what am I saying... You're the one that put me here."
Leopold Briggs
"Do you get to Valeria's castle very often? Oh, what am I saying, of course you don't."
Nazeem do you get to soul cairn very often? Oh what am I saying, of course you will after I soul trap you.
why? he is not a nord so he has no place in sovngarde, and you need a soul to get into the soul cairne.
Bard Bros you can go to soul cairn if you're soul trapped I mean you'll be trapped in soul cairn
Glad you guys are back in the saddle!
I'm very glad that you guys found a new sponsorship than rather than G2A, especially one that aims to help people.
Anyway the mod looks really good. I don't think I'll use it as I prefer realtime lockpicking, but it still looks cool!
betterhelp turned out to be a scam
this didnt age well....
This makes me want to play a soul hungry Dragonborn who sends her enemies to the Soul Cairn
Ashbee Gaming Agreed! Also get back to making videos!!
Mr. Slothy-G I swear I'm working on the next one right now 😁 needed a little Brodual break 😉
Im sure ive soul trapped at least 100 people on a playthrough. Now with this mod i can see everyone i soul trapped.
Ashbee Gaming Awesome! 😁 the problem though with a Brodual break is that it makes you download more mods.. at least that is what happens to me 😂
Mr. Slothy-G oh tell me about it! And then I get drawn into what I call the mod crawl. Endless mod searching 😂
Immensely creative immersive immersion mods.
Never stop making Skyrim videos. Your videos are the best and are done very professionally. I wouldn't have found half of my mods if you guys weren't doing this. Keep up the great work!
Love your vids Brodual and I approve of your advert
Is there a mod where i can live my life inside skyrim?
Here ya go! Might take a bit of role-playing: www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/7925
Thank you! now i feel miserable in skyrim too!
I've yet to find a mod which lets you experience existential dread during a midlife crisis.
It's called VR
If you feel good giving blessings in exchange of a coin, you'll be alright.
Now that's a wholesome advertisement.
Shaquille Makowka this didn't age well
I demand access to Ancestor Spirits as a Dunmer.
Getting back into skyrim modding, it is good to see the community is still quite active, and I am surprised you now have sponsored videos. Very cool, glad to see your still at it and making money :D
Tsun twerking at the end made me snort coffee out my nose. I hope you're happy.
Time to send Nazeem to the soul carin!
Hmm...
*List of people to send to the Soul Cairn*
1.Nazeem
2.Braith
3.Nelkir
4.Olfrid Battle-Born
5.Ulfric Stormcloak
6.Thalmor
7.J'Zhargo
8.That Argonian in Solitude offering you a job to sink a ship
9.Heimskr
10. all other enemy NPCs
for you...but Nazeem takes precedence for me...the sooner he is in the soul cairn the sooner I can laugh at him when I visit it...
John Christian Basiloña Grelka
half of these guys don't even have a soul
STΞΛLTH 16. Ysolda because she scares me
Aaaaand two more mods in my load order.
Did i just get a psychologist recomendetion in a skyrim video?
DAFUCK
I think it's time Slugcat. You gotta see a psychologist now.
*B A M B O O Z L E D*
What if all NPCs can be killed but those with quests return as ghosts that can be interacted with. And once that quest is complete, they disappear and return to the soul cairn
Or you know, That B tec Valhalla type place
I really love how you all keep posting new, and interesting content. Keep up the amazing work!
Trapping people in the soul carn is one of the most awesome, hilarious ways to be evil that is 100% lore friendly and immersive that I've ever seen for this game.
I'm so glad that you're sponsored by such a respectable company. Love your stuff btw
Damn it Brodual, now I want to create a thief character, and I am still in the middle of my dark mage/necromancer playthrough! I don't have time for this much fun!
Another great video for awesome immersion mods. Great job, Brodua!

Bear claws? I thought Kajiits were cats? ;)
Didn't you know that khajiits are a fusion of cats and bears haha
they arent tho
every time i think of bear claw, i think of that old spice commercial.
Another reason why Brodual is the best, BetterHelp is great
This outro is, by far, my favourite!
Good to have you back, Brodual!
Nothing beats broduals videos.
Shout out to you for not only supporting the Skyrim community, but people suffering from mental health issues as well. Go make that money and I hope you have a great day! Keep growing that channel!

With the afterlife mod: what happens when you fill up the soul cairn or valhalla? Do the oldest spritits get replaced by new ones?
It's Sovngarde!
Honestly, they should also make an afterlife realm where Nocturnal rules. I wonder what it would look like.
That afterlife mod looks fantastic. :)
A mod that replaces essential NPCs in a Bethesda game? Sighn me up!
hey, broduals back
or maybe I havent been shown their videos...
I’m starting to consider using BetterHelp after seeing this video... Because these mods are INSANE!!!
I like how he talks about mental health like any other mod, lol love your vids
Its nice to have something that allows a Khajiit thief to feel unique, even if its just cutting glass.
Khajiit: Swipes at glass
Glass: is cut in a perfect circle
Thank you very much for your videos. Great quality and greater help. I enjoy what you do so, if you don't mind, keep it up!

These mods look amazing
You know what immersion mod I need? Finite guards.
He killed faendal the best/worst follower
Mae Anderson
He’s pretty good got early game, since he can help you out with his archery, other than that, he’s trash
My Brodual lies over the ocean,
My Brodual lies over the sea.
My Brodual lies over the ocean.
Oh bring back my Brodual to me.
I know this vid is from a while back but...I had an idea on how to expand (literally) the afterlife mod. *Maybe the author could add (if possible) new world spaces to the afterlife, like blessed fields, glittering caves of everlasting wisdom, and lesser halls of honored dead? Very impressive mods, great video.
Brdual! Your alive!
"Better help" sounds like a skyrim mod. I thought you were sponsoring a mod video with another mod for a second.
Thats cool any more immersive mods like this reccomended
Great channel for finding some great mods without all the thirsty 'nudity' most modders put in their Skyrim videos.
Afterlife has been set to hidden at 12 Sep 2020...so yeah can't send Nazeem to the Soul Cairn
It's back! :)
is afterlife available on xbox?
And the best news is, they are for free :D
Every Skyrim player needs BetterHelp :D
I like how a therapy site targeted a dedicated gamer video page. The implications are strong
Love ya brodual
I Love send Ulfric's and Galmar's souls to the Souls Cairn. Long Live to the Empire!!! 💪🏼😤
It would he so cool if the first mod also add the other places where dead people go like the plains of Hircine and the places where elves, khajits and argonians or redguards go
Amazing mods ❤
Bout time i was wondering where the souls went!
Member when brodual used to make videos
Wow really good mods
0:17 reminded me of shinee jonghyun goddam it
Soul trapping Ulfric for all eternity. At least until the Ideal Masters consume him.
Sounds like fun.
Hey brodual. What happened to transforming skyrim. I loved that series
Essential NPC's could be turned into ghost and give quest to revive them, at leas until all their quest potential is exploited
The glass cutting could have been its own minigame.
I have over 2k hours on Skyrim alone. I think I'll head over to that mental health website now.
1:28 wow whats the sky mod are you using?!
using Afterlife with OBIS - Organized Bandits In Skyrim and IP Immersive Patrols must be interesting :D not even the 256 max npc would be enought
Reminds me of the, scrapped hauntings mechanic that was planned for skyrim
"From a blood thirsty dragonborn" That got me.
Finally no G2A sponsorship
Had a thought, is there a mod to make Nazeem look like Speedwagon? Same VA, someone must have thought of doing that.
Muh uhmmurshuns
I low-key thought that your profile picture was Moving 😂
How many hours do you have on skyrim?
.
2 many.
2,734 🙂
All The Hours!
I've put in around 529 days into Bethesda franchise games
I can't believe you sent Faendal to the Soul Cairn, instead of Nazeem. I feel so betrayed now! :(
I called the mental health number...I'm addicted to Skyrim :(
somebody please tell me what that enb is
Basically it's a mod that enhance your game's graphics
Kriizellia I know that but is it Realvision like which enb
What? Realvision is an enb preset. There are a lot of them on nexus for you to choose
Do you know which one he uses
Kriizellia sorry
Brodual are you ever gonna make more videos on bdmods
What is the terrain graphic mod used in this video? It is beautiful!!
I love your vids 👍🏼 400th to see vid
What is that dust in the air at 3:38? Is it a mod?
You guys need to upload more videos
Wouldnt electric spell create enough force to break thin glass?
What's the mod you have for first person? It looks pretty cool.
I laughed really hard at the sponsor spot.
I thought Afterlife's version of the Soul Cairn was the way the vanilla version of _Dawnguard_ worked...
What ENB/graphics mods is he using in the video. I'm building a gaming PC for skyrim and his game looks really good.
1:26 that’s one thicc guard
Very strange sponsor, maybe they thought that the violence in Skyrim can lead to depression? Good video nonetheless.
