I bring my Power Blocks that I use at home which range from 5lbs to 90lbs each, but I only bring 60lbs in the RV. I also have an 8 x 6 mat which covers the entire living area and a work out stool. I use to have a folding bench but after using it for 2 years I decided to not use it anymore and just use the work out stool. We also have bikes that my wife and I use as well.
I recommend a Nintendo Switch with the game Ringfit Adventure. It doesn't look like it's that much of a workout, but I lost 30lbs in 4 months. In a little over 2 months, I went from not being able to run a mile to running a 5k obstacle course race.
my go to is a hike, but i also love the loop style resistance bands, yoga bands, a jump rope, and a yoga mat. they all fit in a small back pack, and there is not much I cannot with them that I couldn't do with dumbells.
I bring a couple of kettle bells along. Compact and versatile. No moving parts to break. I make sure to secure them in the basement of the RV so they can't move in case of a hard stop.
We belong to Anytime Fitness which is in many cities nationwide. The membership also maybe free to many seniors as part of their health insurance, called Silver Sneakers.
I wanted some equipment to work with at the house and selected jump ropes and resistance bands so I can take those with us when we travel. I get a pretty good workout using those. Bikes go with us as well. The Apple Watch tracks my activities and I think having the stand hours might help us stay safe on long trips by stopping and standing at least every couple hours. Thanks for the suggestions and sharing.
I recommended the TRX (suspension trainer) to a client of mine since they travel a lot for work. It was created by a Navy Seal so it's very portable (doesn't take up a lot of room), lightweight & doesn't break the bank!
You know - the fact this is about a 10-day old video now, with good ideas in it --and only (now) 19 comments shows people do not understand or care about how important their health is.
The only thing I carry in my motorhome so far is to grips that are called perfect push-ups they have a swivel base on the bottom. And since I have arthritis in my left wrist these still allow me to do push-ups holding everything straight. But I do think I will look into the resistance bands. And as always, thank you for the video Jared.
The only problem I see with bringing fitness equipment on your RV is that then you are obligated to use it. As everyone knows, fitness equipment was never made to actually be used, but just to make you feel like you had good intentions.
Whew! Wore me out thinking about exercising. 😅

Good start would love to see a part 2
One nice find is the HYBRIDSACK ,a fitness sack you can fill with sand or water 👌

X3 Bar is what we use. Super high quality. Very portable. Little spendy.

You aren't kidding that MaxPro is expensive!! Wow. Resistance bands seem more cost effective and portable.
Great job! Thanks
We love our TRX body weight system works great and I installed hooks on the back of RV to use them, also the come with straps that can hook to a tree.
The fitness tracker I would recommend would be any of Garmin smartwatch. Highly recommend their outdoor lineup especially if you hike a lot.
I have two kettlebells of different sizes. Can do everything I can think of and more.
The low ceiling height in RVs can be somewhat limiting in what works without bonking your head.

We each take our Oculus 2, between Beat Sabor and Les Mills Body Combat, we get a great workout.

Well if you need some cardio just look at the price of that MaxPro that'll get your heart pumping.
Some poo almost came out.
