One man made the arrangements, performances, audio mastering and top notch video effects on top of being able to play piano, guitar, penny whistle, cello (plucked and bowed), ocarina, vocals, various percussions, violin and glockenspiel to a grand quality. No matter how much praise this video will ever get, it will still be underrated.

i look back on this after watching the mario bros movie and honestly, the movie mixing iconic melodies from beloved previous games of the mario franchise is amazing and the fact i can rewatch something similar to that with the superb mario medley made my day :)

He looks pretty advanced with the violin. He had really good technique with his right arm especially his bow hold. Can’t say the same about the cello but I’ve gotta respect his ability to pick it up and go for it!
ive been following fredde ever since 08, I've seen him do a handful of covers with the cellos and violin way back. I mean sure hes not a professional, but he's definitely far from inexperienced with those line of instruments thats fo sure
this was one of the many youtube videos that younger me would watch almost weekly that lit the spark for my love of music. Now I'm a music major at UNT and member of the bluecoats. I've got a lot of music to look forward to playing, and I have you in part to thank for setting me on this path :)

I have sooooo many words for this one video. Let me just first say that this is the most incredible medley I have ever been blessed to hear let alone any Mario Medley. Second, it's crazy to see all the DIY things that the man did like the drum and, well, pretty much all of the percussion looks DIY(also, who knew LABO piano could sound so good?!), but also as a video editing guy myself, I could tell most of the shirts and caps were color corrected to be their colors just with different letters (eg the mario and luigi caps) or diferrent jewels (eg the barbersho princess trio), if you look closely you can tell that the colors of the shirts and caps aren't the color that they actually are, I wouldn't be surprised to fund out if he used the same shirt for all the videos Third, this guy is extremely talented in the way he mashed all the mainline super mario series songs together and clearly he's banger at every instrument that has ever been built on this Earth. My favorite transition between songs is at 3:14 when he transitions from the Comet Observatory to Fossil Falls, again something I though my naïve ears would ever be blessed to hear,. I mean I've listened to this song waayyyyy too many times to the point where i have it memorized and I can't help listening to the entire song once I start listening. The first time I heard this song, believe it or not, was on Soundcloud when I was mowing the lawn and was jamming to the Super Mario Galaxy soundtrack, but all the songs had played and so it was throwing random Mario covers and remixes into my ears, and then eventually it came to this song and lemme tell you, I was smiling for a good six minutes and five seconds because this Medley was a reliving of so many good memories it just felt like home listening to this. I don't know if you have a Soundcloud account but I don't think that this song was posted on yours, anyways back to the compliments. After I heard it for the first time it became my most played song because everything about it is perfect and I just want to thank you for making this masterpiece. I've pretty much played Mario games since I can remember and I can tell you have too through all of the effort and time you must have spent making the medley and the editing.... oh my the editing. Clearly you are one with the editing because my man it is smooth as that feeling when you click that joy con controller onto the switch, I mean WOW. I can tell you had as much fun behind the camera as you did in the front. Lastly, I would just say that you have made my day on many occasions, so thank for all the hard work because it payed off big time, and I know you probably won't see this, but I hope you're safe from all the COVID madness and have and awesome Animal Crossing-filled year!!!!!! P.S. WHY DOES THIS VIDEO HAVE 1.6K DISLIKES?!?! The people who disliked this video are the kind of people who genuinely believe JK Rowlings social media posts. That Mario galaxy music gives me chills but in a good way though. Well, to be honest... The tempo of the beats, the rhythm, would be off if he weren't there. He has a larger place than peach. In essence, he may be quiet, but without him there, everyone would know. Luigi is just as important to the music and the franchise as anyone else - He's a core element.

I have sooooo many words for this one video.
Let me just first say that this is the most incredible medley I have ever been blessed to hear let alone any Mario Medley.
Second, it's crazy to see all the DIY things that the man did like the drum and, well, pretty much all of the percussion looks DIY(also, who knew LABO piano could sound so good?!), but also as a video editing guy myself, I could tell most of the shirts and caps were color corrected to be their colors just with different letters (eg the mario and luigi caps) or diferrent jewels (eg the barbersho princess trio), if you look closely you can tell that the colors of the shirts and caps aren't the color that they actually are, I wouldn't be surprised to fund out if he used the same shirt for all the videos
Third, this guy is extremely talented in the way he mashed all the mainline super mario series songs together and clearly he's banger at every instrument that has ever been built on this Earth. My favorite transition between songs is at 3:14 when he transitions from the Comet Observatory to Fossil Falls, again something I though my naïve ears would ever be blessed to hear,. I mean I've listened to this song waayyyyy too many times to the point where i have it memorized and I can't help listening to the entire song once I start listening.
The first time I heard this song, believe it or not, was on Soundcloud when I was mowing the lawn and was jamming to the Super Mario Galaxy soundtrack, but all the songs had played and so it was throwing random Mario covers and remixes into my ears, and then eventually it came to this song and lemme tell you, I was smiling for a good six minutes and five seconds because this Medley was a reliving of so many good memories it just felt like home listening to this. I don't know if you have a Soundcloud account but I don't think that this song was posted on yours, anyways back to the compliments.
After I heard it for the first time it became my most played song because everything about it is perfect and I just want to thank you for making this masterpiece. I've pretty much played Mario games since I can remember and I can tell you have too through all of the effort and time you must have spent making the medley and the editing.... oh my the editing.
Clearly you are one with the editing because my man it is smooth as that feeling when you click that joy con controller onto the switch, I mean WOW. I can tell you had as much fun behind the camera as you did in the front.
Lastly, I would just say that you have made my day on many occasions, so thank for all the hard work because it payed off big time, and I know you probably won't see this, but I hope you're safe from all the COVID madness and have and awesome Animal Crossing-filled year!!!!!!
P.S. WHY DOES THIS VIDEO HAVE 1.6K DISLIKES?!?! The people who disliked this video are the kind of people who genuinely believe JK Rowlings social media posts. (If you know what I'm talking about, you know what I'm talking about)
