- 今天我會跟大家說一下坐得耐臀部痛我們應該要做什麼運動呢?坐骨痛的原因也有很多, 例如是梨狀肌綜合症, 坐骨神經痛, 椎間盤突出或是本身尾骨可能有受傷引起坐得久的時候都會有坐骨痛. 甚至是髖關節有問題都會坐骨痛的. 所以如果有一些運動可以幫到大家坐著都做到運動就更好.
Today I will talk about buttock pain. What exercises should we do? Many condition causing buttock pain. Such as piriformis syndrome, sciatic pain, herniated disc, or the tailbone had been injured, causing buttock pain with prolonged sitting. Or even hip joint problem will cause buttock pain. I will show you some exercises to relief the buttock pain with sitted position.

請問60歲樓下女士,小便失禁,是否與脊骨有闟?最近感到low back pain。
很多原因引起失禁!可能是脊椎壓着神經線,也可能腦部影響引致失禁!最好還是見醫生作一個詳細檢查!
