There is an option while sharing a power bi riport: File -> Embed report -> website or portal -> there is a link
If I share the report via this, thats considered good method?
I prefer the cleared up interface
Any method provided by Microsoft is good method. And they all serve different purpose. Embeding allows you to share reports on your own website. If your admin allows, you can even allow access to public (no sign in required). Many professional show off their skill by embeding/publishing their work on their websites.

So using that embeding link but just as a direct link

Reports are Embeded on your site, which is already known to your target viewers. That is the whole point of embeding. Sure you can share the link as well but embeded link is not for sharing, it is for you to embed, and then share the location of that url to your users.
