A brave man which was treated badley for his brave leadership in the sas in ww2 a man which served under him told me he should have been awarded the vc not once but ten times over there was many brave men in the war but lieutenant colonel blair mayne stood out!
@@markporter-thechurchhistor6784 read a book where paddy and a volunteer ran the gauntlet to save some comrades and ran it again so no one was left behind… I’m sure he was stripped of a medal even though he changed the course of parts of the war
