UA-cam video preview. Today’s video is a trip down memory lane, something that my UA-cam channel was known for unboxing videos. This is a company I have purchased many travelers notebooks over the years, Chic Sparrow.
The items in my order are the Travelers Notebook Starter Kit in the Austen leather and the burgundy color leather known as the Drummond and the Nano in the Austen leather that is the black color leather known as Morland. The starter kit comes with a single elastic tn with a clear plastic dashboard and a dot grid insert. It’s all that you need to get started in your planning and journaling journey.
If you’re looking for a single elastic tn with more room than the Travele’s Factory Notebook this is an option you have.

@@planningwithjohn You did! You said you wondered if Fieldnotes would fit, so you brought out the distressed Toffee cover and then got distracted, trying to think of the name and didn't go back to it. That's why I said it was a tease!
Just got my Number 10 narrow in Austen leather, now waiting for my Number 10 passport in the Secret Garden leather to arrive, so I'm living vicariously through you while I wait. :)

It's lovely! Jen mentioned on IG or somewhere, can't remember, that for Patina, you might have to wet the edges, and wrap the cover in plastic and slide it in, to help stretch the leather. Looks like your method worked out though.

Do you think you'll keep the No. 10 in the end? You've already found some aspects that are less desirable than other versions. It seems bulky. I would prefer the stretchy band over the snap closure.
Im wanting a No.10 but im not sure which leather..I love me a good patina buuuuuttttt the Michaelangelo is kinda giving me the side eye..

Oh I really love the green cover that you are currently using. Do you remember the name of the leather? It is so beautiful - I wish they still had that leather for purchase.
Let me check. It was the same as one of the outlander leathers that was an olive green. I can’t remember the name of it.

Noticed that your cascade pockets are different than the cascade pockets they show online for this cover. The pockets come to a small point in the middle.
