The AK12 is actually the best assaualt rifle - the low recoil compared with the high damage at range is great and btw the SC-2010 has a better lower recoil feel than the R5.

No the Remington is way better that is why they use it competitively
Armour piercing doesnt add damage against infantry. Just adds damage to Kill Streaks and Ignores Body Armour.

I use AK-12 with just an under barrel grip. sometimes I add the tracker sight and switch to the integrated iron sight and flip to the tracker if I'm receiving shots from somewhere I can't see. But the original stock iron sight is always better for me.

The foregrip is very good on this gun since the slower ROF allows the added centre speed to really make an impact.

im using R5 with extended clip and silencer.its turning me in to sneaky rambo :) i can get in to a room full of people kill them all and run away with it...also used it with red dot and muzzle...works every way and on every occasion...a powerfull all around gun to use..luving it...

muzzle brake and forgrip also help really well on every assault rifle
my fav is the ak12, the Remington R5 is a 3-5 shot tokill and the am12 is a 3-4 shots to kill
Best class setup. Primary:R5 att. Red dot and ext mags secondary: none nades: none perks quickdraw stalker scavenger(or fully loaded, scavenger is preferred) focus and ready up. Assault streaks guard dog trinity rocket(or sentry gun) and gryphon

I feel you on the remington. It feels more like the scar from black ops 2 though with the reduced fire rate and low recoil and hig damage

The Remington is the ACR from MW3. It just goes through the CM901 reload cycle. Anywho, I love this, but I also love the AK12. It reminds me of the CoD 4 AK 47 when silenced.
Can't go wrong with the honey badger and ak12. Both great guns that work really well for me! I tried the Remington and didn't have much luck but I'll keep practicing with it
knew it would be abest of a gun since the moment i saw it in cod wiki the stats tell you everything , high damage and range combined with good accuracy ,the same with the ak12.they are both like the new mw2 scar h

It's more like the cm901. Plus sleight of hand works well with this thing. You can tear up a room.
Armor piercing doesn't increase damage unless to jugg, guy with ballistic vest or enemy equipment. Also does more damage shooting through walls. Better for something like a SMG since they don't have a lot a wall damage
I liked that the guns took a few more bullets to kill, It actually gave a guy a chance to turn around and possibly kill who is attacking him. This feels more like a mix of regular play and harcore combined from BO2. I like the campaign, im just having difficulties getting used to online play... Mind you I am new to online. I really dove in on BO2 and never experienced online play with any Infinity Ward games. Just a total different feel.. And I still think the weapons and maps are better in BO2
I mainly use a specific sniper rifle with a silencer,ACOG scope,armor percing rounds
And a assult rifle is a specific too with same setiup as the sniper
And SMG an Mtar with same setup but i will for sure try the remington 😃

You can tell the game is well balanced by all the different opinions on which gun is the best. Ali a said its the sc-2010, nadeshot said it's the msbs, silencer says the r5, and I've heard a the ak-12 mentioned a couple times

I run suppressor foregrip and fmj thats probably the best way to go unless you like red dot ect then you should switch your least favorite
IMO I think the AK-12 is better. Remington is pretty solid and balanced but AK-12 kills people in like 2-3 chest shots and I think it's better if you're a more aggressive player. It's decently accurate but doesn't work well if you spray from a distance. But I don't think it compares with Remington if you don't use suppressor. I guess what I meant to say is I think AK12 is better when it comes to suppressors but without one I think Remington is better.

i use the red dot sight with the denny red dot wich is the smaller green 1 and i think its the most accurate red dot sight and for the gun i also use extended mags and a muzzle brake but u need the additional attachment perk for this and perk-wise i use agility and no-falldamage w/ any other perk depending on the gamemode
SCAR H with Reflex did the same thing. It felt like it had little recoil with high Damage Per Bullet
Thermal and foregrip is pretty decent also.
I like it the way you say we should use it, but instead of the red dot use the red dot with the additional (x4) zoom.. If possible i would use it with iron sight but since all the maps on ghosts are huge I fing the red dot with extra zoom really helpful :)

AP rounds only help wall penetration, taking down kill streaks and people with ballistic vest on. It doesn't add damage per round as you said.
That is the best gun, I love to use it! I have the Reflex Magnification sight, armor piercing, and im either going to have the mussle break or grip! :D
yea, and the sound was great, too. I just wish that people would stop paying the R5 attention, because now it is probably going to get changed. That way it could be unchanged (like the CM)
AK-12 red dot and ex mags is amazing for me. But almost all the guns perform amazingly.
Muzzle break doesn't increase damage but instead increases the range. The stats bar are sometimes decieving like in other CoDs. If you want proof go look at Driftor's video about the muzzle break.
Question:why does it reload like the cm901 from mw3
To be fair the Remington R5 feels more like the CM901 from MW3 and a huge improvement than the CM901

I use silencer red dot and fore grip. This is a great stealth set up.
its pretty awesome i have it on my honey badger class as my secondary class it has thermal hybrid and exstended mags its a monster
The MSBS (or Mega Super Bull Shit gun) is up there too. One burst up close, two from afar.
I love the Remington r5 honey bagger MTAX-X and the chainsaw also not most peoples choose but I love the vector
the red dot looks very nice....simple....not overbearing...looks good

ithink the best weapons are the aka12 with silincer and the honey b with grip nd extended mags they pit the same damage output as Remington but have more amo and mobility.

On the map octane there is a box I. The center of the map near the gas station. If u blow it up there is a free car package in it

Vmr sight fore grip and silencer hardcore close mid and long range doom for me it reminds me of the M27 from BO2
I really feel like it looks alot more like the CM901 from mw3 rather than the acr, based off the look, reload, similar iron sights etc.
For me I like using the vector with grip rapid fire and a muzzle break trust me with that class is strong and and a 8/10 accurate
Jim try a silencer redot sight and grip it's like a laser from across map and up close just tears people to shreds
I use the M27-IAR and do very well. My K/D ratio is 150-153 and my average game is between 10-4, 14-6 or 18-6 throughout my play. I used that kind of gun in the service and loved using it. What do you think the best perks I should use for my situation? I use now blind eye, incog and off the grid. Another question is the perk off the grid is the only perk that takes you off the mini maps?.

My attachments are Holographic Grip and Muzzle Brake sometimes
Do a custom class set up. Beast mode class with the Remington R5 and your choice of perks and attatchments no secondary or equipment for more perks.
If u look on the ACR and the MSR in mw3 you can see that it says remington
Really good 4 me: thermal hybrid sight,silencer or muzzle brake, fore grip
It might be even better with the quick reload perk

Pretty much its like the CM901 from MW3. Nothing really too, OP. BUT, it does do work on the game. That gun, MSBS of course and the HoneyBadger. After playing against others and bots the HoneyBadger has been a gun I have been melted from idk how many times so far
The Gun I use and dominate with is the Honey Badger w/Tracking Sight & Foregrip.
With the mtar-x I go 50 and 10 every match but its hard to get ust to the way you have to play with it
i prefer muzzle brake with foregrip on the r5 but i enjoy the sc more

in my opinion the best guns are the remington with ext. mags and silencer or the ak12 with muzzle break and grip
