One thing I like about Nigeria rich people most of them are very humble if you think so give me a 👍👍👍👍
Isaac.... Definitely. I love them. Most of them have a remarkable right attitude. Keep it up NIGERIAN brothers! Watching from DR Congo 🙏🙏🙏
👍
😘
If i hear....
nigerian rich people humble for where?? I dont think you are a nigerian...this man is a very different billionaire, him and Innosson are different. you cant even go close to most millionaires in nigeria, let alone the billionaires, this man is just a different type of person...
His gesture of flying stranded Nigerians in South Africa back to Nigerian free of charge is one of his greatest legacy and the world will remember him 500 years after he is gone.
Oh, he's that guy, woow!! now I get it.
Give up?? Africa is more than Wode Maya can even decipher... What makes the Nigerian economy moving is not those billionaires Wode Maya is meeting; it's the SMEs. Africa is not coming close to its potentials because of lack of microfinance for those petite enterprises. African leaders don't encourage cooperatives which is the biggest employer of labour and importer of technology
Amazing I love hearing stories of Africans taking matter in their own hands and not begging anyone to rescue them. That's where true strength lies.
The bible says the blessings will follow you for 1000 years!
@@africanday7337 what keeps the Nigerian economy ticking are ALL of its businesses, encompassing BOTH large scale and MSMEs. Nonetheless, I personally understand Wode Maya’s focus on big businesses, in the sense that it is also important to demonstrate that Africans are capable of building institutions and operating large-scale complex businesses and organizations.
Meanwhile, there seem to be this notion that the biggest problem facing MSMEs in Nigeria/Africa is lack of governmental support and/or finance. But while those can be real issues, more often the biggest issues are a lack of capacity. While many businesses will ‘naturally’ fail (the reality is that a lot more businesses fail than most people realize), the lack of managerial capacity of so many MSMEs owners and a seeming inability of many others to transform from just an idea and vision into a real functional organization and company (including the dissipation of control and decision-making) is the death knell for so many MSMEs.
And as for financing, so long as many MSMEs remain informal (either de facto or de jury) and OPAQUE, they are not going to attract a lot of formal financing (and thus friends and family will likely remain their primary source of capital). Banks, for instance, are not going to lend (because it is other people’s money that banks use to lend) to businesses that are not transparent and accountable. Other structural issues, such as the paucity of a proper credit checking and rating system, and difficulty in enforcing contracts (including any foreclosure proceedings), also retard formal financing.
I'm an aircraft engineer for British Airways in London. I would love to meet this man face to face. My vision is to see African aviation gather momentum and begin to grow. I'm inspired

You nailed it right dear
He is already in heaven 😂😂🙂
I love stores like these. And the CEO Barriser Allen Onyema has a strongly resembles my late uncle (Black American) who was from Texas, USA and was married to my mother's sister where they lived in Washington, DC where I still live. :))
Maya keeps getting close, i can smell Dangote or Adenuga interview soon.

Wow! Wode maya you've been meeting prominent and successful business men in Nigeria...kudos brother!
Great interview Wode MAYA!
Being a Cameroonian myself and living in Cameroun, I can say the problems the CEO is facing in "African Francophone Countries" is just a reflection of how backwards these ex-french colonies are, in terms of their etremely poor systems of governance, which is still overly influenced by France, as Presidents of these countries are unfortunately still choosen by France to serve their interests, in terms of backwards mentality also. The mentalities are way different and negative in these "francophone countries". The entire economies of these french speaking countries are monopolised by French companies, you can even notice these countries also use a currency owned and produced by French government in France. Right now there are debates as to whether West Africa should adopt a unique currency, and France is using Ivory Coast, Togo etc to push their agenda with ECO, which is in reality not so different from their present FCFA used presently in African french speaking of West Africa.
Woooow This man is humble, Nigerian Rich men are very humble unlike some of our Ghanaian Rich men you can't even get close to their secretary self learn from these Rich yet humble Nigerian blessed men

When do we start making our own "Aircraft" in Africa, like Innoson making Nigeria Automobile?
Perhaps Mr. Onyema should look into manufacturing Aircraft in Nigeria and employ a plethora of locals.
Best wishes towards True African Independence.
It's only a matter of time before some company in Nigeria starts building aircraft. Nigeria is where China was 20 to 25 years ago - economically ready for all kinds of businesses to explode.. The population is there, the market is there, the purchasing power is there, and the human talent is there.
I can’t go to the grave with my wallet or bank 🏦 account, it’s the legacy you leave behind. Words of wisdom; Barrister Allen Onyema. Wode Maya moves into his field of study 📚 with his lens.
“There is a lot to achieve here, tell those in the diaspora. Africa is a virgin continent”

As a francophone living in France, i'm totally agreed with him. It is high time to make Africa borderless by removing all the slavery barriers. Thanks MAYA for showing us this gorgeous video!!
Your English is good! I only know Je m'appelle Aikunle. Aikunle et on Garscon. Je suis Aikunle. Habit London. Ca va bien? 🙂🇳🇬
@@Aikunle78 Merci beaucoup !!
I learned my English in Ghana and I'm very interested in anglophone countries especially, Nigeria and Ghana
did u know that Nigeria and other West African countries wanted to use one currency called ECO but imediatly the France president came to west Africa the frankophone speaking countries in West Africa refuse to join now countries like Mali, Burkina Faso are officially France colony France have over 5000 solder's in both countries fighting terrorism and we both know who the master minds are France want to control frankophone Africa .
While the USA is interested in north Africa so that they wouldn't join the Arab union so the CIA cause war in countries like Libya the think we Africans are too dumb to c the conspiracy that is going on here
@@oghenekomeologho-whiskey2105thanks for your explanation.
I know what's going on in west Africa and my country Guinea is concerned by the ECO currency. We should quickly wake up and fight for our interests otherwise, our future will be confiscated by others.

A very enlightening interview. Well done, Maya. The Air Peace boss was truly humble and helpful with his explanation. May he continue progressing in his business. Such exceptional honesty and determination to create jobs for his people is highly commendable.
The rich people in ghana, even take from the poor. That is ghana. I always respect my Nigerian friend.
And they sit on TV and talk nonsense.
We respect you guys too. How i wish we Nigerians had government 😥😥
Yes any country not willing to allow us sue them and stop them from coming into our space let's see who will suffer more.
I support that
Looks like Francophone countries still have to ask for permission from France! That's the saddest thing still happening in 2021! Don't mind them! Please come to East Africa, particularly Kenya. This is one country where we need private firms in the airline industry. Nigeria you are doing well, albeit some issues resulting in youth protests! Otherwise, it's high time we fly aircrafts run by Africans. Good point there that Africans in the diaspora need to bring their resources to the continent, it's what Dr. Arikana Chihombori aka Mama Afrika has been calling for. Africa rise!
He is a great man thank God their people like him. The Lord is on your side.
Hence forth i will always fly with Air Peace. This video is 1000%, Maya good Job
We need them in Haiti also most Haitians are of Nigerian , Benin, Togo, Congolese, Senegal, and Gambian decent theirs so much benefits to the islands for goods and services. Great interview wode
Yes, I agree with you, I am Nigerian and I know why think anytime I see Haitian, I feel like they are Igbo, for some reason I believe they are Igbo which one of the tribes in Nigeria.
Africa is one nation. Stop that talk about I am this, we are that. Thats what's keeping black people apart just the way the colonialists wanted it to be.
@@barbarafadare9579 most Haitians are Igbos
