    This is almost like the Monty Pythons skit with the shopkeeper and the Hungarian tourist with a miss-translated phrase book.

    His wear and where example almost caused me get a heart attack. xD Karl didn't take it to consideration it's just pronounced the same but spelt differently, and wear being a verb by the way. Although he can be quite clever and practical when he needs to be, the big part of his personality is being simple and having strong opinions with little to no facts, what makes him one of the funniest people alive(unintentionally) in my opinion. xD

    • @SmD-ff5xd
      @SmD-ff5xd Рік тому +1

      Yeah that makes me crack up every time🤣 but to be fair there is words like "wound" that are spelled the same but have different meaning I.e. "I have a wound, so I wound a bandage around the wound"

    • @dauritas1460
      @dauritas1460 Рік тому +1

      @@SmD-ff5xd Well, to be fair, there are some words in my language too that are written the same but have different meaning. Example, "luk" can be a word for vegetable(onion or garlic to be specific), but can also mean bow/arc. Pronunciation is slightly different though("u" is pronounced a little bit longer in a later), but same like the word "wound" you have to pay attention to the context if you see the word only in a written form.

    As soon as Ricky Gervais said to Karl.... "What's a smack in the face?", he should've just smacked Karl to demonstrate. You guys need to listen to Karl's Rockbusters.

    karl isnt wrong , the english language has WAY TOO many words for the same definition, its a very elaborate language , i think it is because britain has obtained so many dialects from all over the world and it has made it to the english language
