I tried today then signed out nad back but still download on

Actually there are some new updates done in UI, now download button will be there but when you click on it after signout then it will popup a message like download unavailable.

please logout from your account and then try download. For your account you can't disable but for other you can , so logout and then try.

If you are still seeing download option then logout from your account and again browse the same video and if you'll click on download button then a message will pop up saying download unavailable.
