Tami I had the strangest dream last night where I was in danger of falling into some water and some people were trying to save me and it was then I saw you coming out of a supermarket (😅 of course) and I said watch my angel coming to save me and immediately there was no water and I stepped on to safe dry ground. Maybe I was watching too many flood videos but for you to pop up in my dream like that 🙏🏽❤ bless your heart

I know what Wayne is going through with tendinitis. I suffered with it as well. A nurse suggested that i should get a hot water bottle to help manage the pain, and it worked so well. Nowadays, i forgot that i used to suffer badly with tendinitis. I remembered when my doctor recommended steroid injection, but I refused it because I was told that after a while, the muscle would calapse .

So Wayne I also suffered for years with similar shoulder problems. I never took the injections because it provided only temporary relief. But has worked was weight/lifting and muscle building, it was slow but it has been effective🏋️♂️🏋️♂️🏋️♂️. I disliked lifting weights in my youth but now I completely love it…it has improved every aspect of my life.💣💣💣🔥🔥🔥👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾Amen
