as someone with over a hundred hours on mercy- my only real advice for you that i think would help you improve quickly is to learn how to stay flying, use your GA to stay up. everything else will come with time, but it’s imperative that you position yourself in that way ^^’
@@justexplosions6912 yes! you fly with your super jump or your guardian angel (shift). with guardian angel you can „fly“ directly to teammates or try to use it (shift) while looking up (pointing your crosshair in to the air) or to any directing you want to go to
Keep in mind that healing itself right now is harsh due to when enemy dps is attacking someone, their healing intake is -20%. Also, keep in mind that when you are healing others you heal yourself. It's not that you need to pocket a Pharah, more so try to stay with her when you can since she does a lot of AOE damage. Also, the not whipping out your pistol in a duel is not a good advice. Mercy pistol is strong right now, you should learn to aim with her while in low elo so you can duel enemies like spawncamping Somba off in case the team is not there to fly to as your friend has stated. If you have found this game fun and would actually want to keep playing it and have some advice and just fun and chill games, feel free to contact me, I'd love to help out.
Take this advice with a grain of salt because I don't play comp but as a Mercy main my biggest suggestion would be that you typically want to be flying most of the time and really using your super jump. Mercy's mobility is her strongest asset in my opinion so you want to be constantly using it. Flying 1) makes it harder for enemies to hit you and 2) makes it easier to watch over your team. Also, if a low hp enemy is dueling you, its ok to take out your pistol and shoot back. However, if you can tell your aim is off and your running low on your own hp its better to just fly away, if possible.
I’m not super good at mercy but I’ve almost peaked masters playing mercy a couple seasons back and I noticed you were not pushing damage boost enough, along with you arnt very unpredictable with your movement and you’re very stiff. Don’t be afraid to pull out the Glock! I notice a lot of the time you also rez out in the open in front of the enemy team which works sometimes because it’s lower ranked but it won’t work in higher elo and reinforces that bad habit. Start rezzing only if you have a wall to hide behind and I promise you will get more risky rezzes off while valuing your life. (For example the rez on eichenwalde directly in front of the bridge instead of just ga slinging off the soul and rezzing inside the little room instead). You also don’t seem to utilize high ground as often as you should as mercy along with being able to peak in and out of walls while still being attached to a target. Sorry my comments already too long; those are just tiny things that could help you win more games as mercy in the long run ❤ I struggled with her too when I started my mercy journey
I did the mothod of "keep dammage boost held down and then switch to healing when needed" I jist didnt include a lot of clips of that. And yeah like I said near the end of the video I got better at ressing behind cover.
ranked in OW is so wierd. I started playing mercy and zenyatta and lose everyyytime. i ask myself alot how are both are teams bronze and they are so much beter xd
Mercy is not it this season tbh. I’m a masters Mercy and her healing output is awful due to the new dps passive. I found myself having to heal more instead of damage boosting. You’ll have better luck climbing playing supports like Zen, Kiri, Ana.
Playing a healer teaches you two things. 1: Communication is the most important skill. 2: People are generally not worth listening to. If you can reconcile that bullshit, you've got the entire internet figured out.
@@justexplosions6912 honestly for this season Moira would be the pick, I mean I've pretty much committed to one tricking her all my way to platinum but I've yet to actually post any good win towards Diamond :cri:
Mate you start with ow2?! Do you wanna get depression? I've been playing overwatch for a while and I've been having a blast! Been playing for a few seasons. Its a super fun game if you dont take it seriously.
Sorry for the reupload! Had an issue with the last one!

Interesting, ok!
You don’t fly! You need to fly more 🤗
YOU CAN FLY?!

Ok I've been told super jumps and stuff shpuld be modes of positioning most of the time, not the positioning itself.

Ha!
You getting out of Bronze in no time 🔥
You should try widowmaker >:3
She's my end goal for overwatch characters. I usually like characters like medic and sniper in these games but am afraid you see. Its Ashe for now.
Y'know what actually I've heard widow is super easy this season so I just might.
Ooooooh try a character from Smash Bros
I dont have smash bros or any nintemdo systems, sadly.
You can either practice or cheat. I don't have time to practice!
Aimbot it is
Well, normally this would be a good idea but shes so SO bad this season so far
I keeo hearing that T-T
