Sir, does consideration and registration of a document titled as Sale Deed amount to a Sale even when part sale of an immovable property is not permitted all the more of ancestral prop after partition forming 2 HUFs of two brothers . As it was read. . Is this regn not mortgage .

If mutation was not permissible according to the state laws in the absence of the apartment act what weighs more regn of a doc titled as sale deed or mutation .
