Apple care plus is mandatory in my opinion. I had a new iPhone 13 having battery issue! Apple said they will replace the battery but I asked for a new phone. And they gave me a new phone for no cost! My MacBook Pro died because of battery spillage and they gave me a brand new MacBook for 220 GBP roughly 22k rupees! This is in the UK and solution was just under 2 days! Yeah apple care plus may sound like waste of money but it has got some good benefits!
bro dont just push blame to them its clearly beyond the warranty period and ex owner dont secure the ipad with applecare, I personally loves apple customer service and after sales service which clearly other brands not able to compete
