@tperez838 heh. I'm a dirt bike guy and don't have much riding experience on quads. The suprising thing for me on this rollover was that it happened in a easy area with us just putting. If you watched any of the other videos I uploaded I've done a lot more than just "putting around"
@fastblaster240 My bad dude. for some reason thought you were asking about the Yamaha. Banshee is totally stock except for exhaust and reed valves. Exhaust is Toomie and reeds I don't remember. I short shifted the Banshee a lot since it wasn't my bike and the owner was worried about over reving it so maybe that is why you think it doesn't have much topend?
Nah, you misunderstood. We already were doing the "just one more ride" that day as we already planned to leave. So other than not having rolled in the first place we got lucky it happened on the ride already planned to be our last. This roll trashed the throttle cable so we couldn't of continued riding anyhow though I was able to limp back to camp.
If your friend is worried about over revving the engine he should reconsider. Banshee's are 2 strokes and are designed to be ridden at high RPM's, it's not good on the motor if it's not ridden that way. Besides the powerband is in the higher RPM's and the machine performs better when you wine it out.
Thank goodness for them quick release whip holders... :) worst thing is when you have NO tools and you fall, Back to camp it is to get that whip back on.
That little rollover caused you to pack it up and leave?? LOL!! My 6 year old niece has bigger spills than that and she LAUGHS about it. She gets back on and continues even with bumps, bruises, scrapes and all. You probably didnt even get a bruise from that light spill! LOL If you need some motivational advice, I'll have my 6 year old niece give you some. Let me know LOL.
They aren't that bad on gas if tuned properly, and all two strokes foul plugs if you don't keep the case from loading up. All you have to do is rev them every once in a while if you're riding slow, and that will keep it cleared out and keep your plugs from fouling. I'd ride a Banshee over a slow ass 400ex any day. The only thing slower than a 400ex is an old warrior.
personally i always likes 2 strokes untill i actually had one lol. Rm250. It was unreliable, noisy, horrible on gas and was very weak on the low end which made it extremely hard to ride in the dunes. I was a beginner back then.
Those Banshee's s really move, luckily you won't really moving fast when it looks like you caught an edge. Get back on it and ride again have more fun. They do like to be treated like a cheap stripper though. The farther that throttle goes the happier it screams.
450's always win in the end. Eventually the shitty suspension on the banshee will beat you to death, your thumb will get sore, or you'll run out of gas lol.
I watched this video several times, and I'm still trying to figure out what happened to cause the crash. I have 20+ years of experience and still can't figure it out. Quads are ALOT easier to ride than dirtbikes regardless of the terrain. From the looks of it the 6 yr old could have made it without crashing!!!
you may be faster....but when you have to fill up every 15min and im still riding then we will see whos quad is better.....and fyi CRAPSHEES are known for fouling plugs
The Sand Monster pops up when you least exspect...
always be watching! ;)

@fastblaster240 Pipe is Nmotion and it has cams. Otherwise motor is stock

Oh OK, you ever try the straight cup? You get less berm shot but it makes up for it in hook up!
Crashes usually always happen on the last ride before you pack it up.
Nice banshee I miss mine I'm riding a dvx400 at the moment fun but nothing like the banshee
I've ridden the YFZ which has straight cup paddles. They do hook much better for straight shot acceleration.
@theboss771000 Exhaust is Nmotion
nice banshee how did u fall tho ?
LOL @ all these haters on here. Looks like a good time on the dunes except the little flip at the end. Thanks for posting
I don't think a yfz would tip as easy as a banshee.
Did your buddy tow you back to camp? YFZ 450 to the rescue ?
Banshee's are easy to kick start. Power band is pretty smooth for a two stroke.

What location?

Especially on a banshee, with sand-rail tires....
That's a nice Banshee.
Throw some skat trax on the shee! Then she'll be complete! Nicebike!

How did that happen lol
nice Banshee :)
they aren't sand rail tires
@NikoloMack619 LoL. Will pass that on to my buddy

LOL NO FRONT BRAKE CABLE!!!! D=
Worst thing you could do to a YFZ, change the plastics on the front. -____-
Lol no wonder you were putting around
why do i feel like im the only one that would pin it here and not go slow
@TheDude023 er the other Yamaha... ha ha

Omg SHIFT! RIDE THE FUCKER

You have bad reflexes, your suppose to step off right when your about to tip over, not roll with the atv,
Hate people ride banshees like a 4 stroke roost that shit up the hill you probably wouodnt of tipped
calling last run is bad luck ........ skip the last run always
Rattles way to much

holy crap you guys were going slow i would be ripping past you. my friends little sister would be goes faster than you and she's 6
thats what he gets for riding a crapshee lol
you may be faster....but when you have to fill up every 15min and im still riding then we will see whos quad is better.....and fyi CRAPSHEES are known for fouling plugs
