I'm not an anime expert and didn't watch anything for a long time. I remember that Angel Beats! OST has some piano tracks and overall pleasing to listen. I guess many anime has one or two piano tracks in them. You can search something like "anime piano collection" but lot of results are piano covers and not an original tracks.
