There is this thing called 1MOA ALL DAY LONG from BotR and Polenar Tactical. The principle is: shoot 10 rounds from the shoulder and try to get 1MOA or less. This is my entry with my APC223.

Under the MOA with 10 shots in 223 it's very difficult, you need a very good barrel with excellent ammo and the shooter has to be good every day !
