I’ve been struggling a lot with uncertainty, doubt, fear, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and just trying to figure out what the Lord wants me to do or where he wants me to go with life. I’m hoping and praying that he will guide me and give me the strength, courage, and understanding I need to get through this and follow his will. Thank you Alex and Lokelani for these videos and the podcast! I believe that the content you two make has truly helped me to grow in my faith and learn more about God and his word. That's good. I like your description of the knowledge coming together and then you walk it out in wisdom.. proverbs talks about all these things on the world to watch out for.. and most of the world is like yeah, thsts a nice "super power moment" then they carry on in life ignoring.. The very reason Jesus came into the world was to appease the wrath of God the Father and lead us to Him. Those who the Father has given and drawn to Jesus are his family. It is impossible to come to Jesus unless *the Father himself* draws us to Jesus (John 6:44). So many are going to hell for rejecting God’s truth through his Son. God said He’s the first and the last and besides me there is no God (Isaiah 45:5). When God said He is the only God and there is _none_ else, He means exactly this (Isaiah 44:6). Jesus also tells us that his Father is the only true God (John 17:3). Stop calling them both liars. Repent, and God will surely forgive. Amen.
What? I’m so confused what you believe. What’s ur religion and where do you get your teaching? Jesus is obviously God. Read the whole New Testament without a preconceived notion. Anyone can knit pick verses and twist them to fit their own narrative. That’s exactly what Satan does so you have to be very careful. The fact that you stated that Jesus isn’t God is crazy because for centuries people have read the Bible and came to the conclusion that Jesus is God and here you are coming up with some heretical idea. I literally cannot open comment sections anymore because when I do I feel compelled to want to “correct” someone but usually it goes absolutely no where and the person I’m trying to correct just keeps believing his original belief. You guys are aware that the Bible is a just story with deeper meaning to be understood and implemented into our own lives, it’s a just a fiction like any proverb story, right?
You can’t just say that for all 66 books of the Bible. Yes, there is some fiction to convey a bigger picture/message like parables from Jesus for example. Context is key. Also, I been down the rabbit hole of trying to figure out if the Bible was true or not and due to my leaning on my own understanding, it caused me to doubt and eventually lose my faith overall. But when things in your life occur that can only be explained through a supernatural force, you end up believing in God again. For example, dreams coming true. That’s only one example in my life. Other examples could be paranormal phenomena that occurred in my life. Of course, that’s an anecdotal evidence but the majority, if not all supernatural things are anecdotal because you can’t test them in a lab. You can of course do your own experiment. I’m not encouraging you to do evil but one way to find out that God exists is to contact/encounter demons via witchcraft or whatever. If you don’t believe in it, then nothing should happen in theory, correct? You’ll find out that there is something out there beyond the physical. Also, even when I proclaimed to be atheist, I always struggled with the fact that the universe did have a beginning and that nothing couldn’t create the Big Bang. One could argue that correlation doesn’t equal causation but when it comes to something like the origin of the universe, personally… I see that if there is a beginning, then there has to be something outside of that to cause that beginning. But that’s just me trying to convince you for some odd reason I felt compelled to because it’s so unfortunate when you believe you know the truth and you see someone else think they know the truth as well but there is only two options, either I’m wrong about there being a God or I’m right. Anyways, only God can open your eyes like he did mines, not I. God bless.

I just think that the Christian understanding of the whole thing is largely misunderstood by todays people and extremely outdated. Christianity is a collection of wisdom, nothing more but when it causes people to simply follow “as it is written” without really deeply analyzing and thinking about what they are being told and following , it’s sad to see. Its the difference between someone acting “good” because they think they are supposed to for “god” or someone acting “good” because they have a deep understanding of why acting “good” is the best for themselves and everyone around them. Jesus may have been a man but to think that he was the incarnation of god himself is a confusion of the metaphor, we are all incarnations of “god” Jesus was not any more “god” than anyone else walking around.
