Good video. If rent agreement of 11 months is not renewed but owner is collecting rent and periodically increasing it also ,then can the owner get the business premises get vacated if you are not agreeing to increase the rent as per his whims

He pay rent ontime, actually he has small work shop,/small room at side. In this circumstances, we do visit there time to time. can he say its my kaabja in court? Can you enlighten me on old tenancy act where lifelong tenancy agreement is done... After 20 yrs..if tenant can become owner and what happens if suvh a tenant is located on 2 or 3rd floor and property is smashed by natural forces? Building falls down

Just have the proof of rent receipt it will help you if any litigation happens.
