    एग्रीमेंट ग्यारह महीनों के लिए था। पर चार साल के बाद भी लगातार समय मांग कर खाली नहीं हो रहा है। इससे मेरे पुत्र को सुगर ब्लडप्रेशर हो रहा है।

      Agar koi kiraya nahin deta koi rent agreement bhi nahin bana woh kirayedar ki aur uski wife ki bhi death ho gayi hai aur woh 30 saal se kiraya bhi nahin de raha.aur tala laga rakha hai uska beta aata bhi nahin hai usne apna makan hai.bijli paani bhi kata hua hai.kiraya bhi 55 Rs per month hai.makan mai rehta bhi nahin hai.first floor main rehta tha.lakin aata bhi nahin .usko kaise khali karwain.please guide us.bijli paani bhi uske naam se nahin hai. Sirf kabja kiye hue hai.woh kaise khali karwaen.Guide us please.

    Sir aap ne bahut clarity se kaha toh hai . Par mamla ek baar court chala gaya 5-7 saal tak kiraydar ka maja aur owner ke liye saja ho jati h . Personal experience h Sir . Aaj 47 months ho chuke hai mujhe rent nahi aa raha h . 72 months pehle pehla case dala tha jo 47 months pehle jeet gaya . Wo upper court mei gaya tab se ab tak 1 rupya nai aaya aur pure flat ke aas paas ke walk area mei bhi kabza kar baitha hai . Kabhi corona kabhi kuch kabhi tareek pe tareek milti h . I'm fed up of this useless Law n System .

    किरायेदार किराया नहीं देता है तो कोर्ट मे जाओ.कियाये की रिकवरी जल्दी हो जायेगी.. सब झूट है.उलटा तुम और फसोगे.कोर्ट सिर्फ तारीख पे तारीख देगा कोर्ट की फीस,वकील की फीस. अपने ऑफिस की छुट्टीया. सब जगह से पैसे बाहर जायेगा.ये मेरा अनुभव है. ये वकील बडी आराम से बोल रहे है कोर्ट मे जाओ. गलत है

    Agreement must be registered in the office of concerning Registrars. It will be helpful for future if any litigation arises.

    If rent agreement of 11 months is not renewed but owner is collecting rent and periodically increasing it also ,then can the owner get the business premises get vacated if you are not agreeing to increase the rent as per his whims

    Sir, really helpful. One question i have - i have given a our plot to a tenant from long time. Not made any agreement, not give any receipt s, i. e. nothing on paper btw us on rent thing. He pay rent ontime, actually he has small work shop,/small room at side. In this circumstances, we do visit there time to time. can he say its my kaabja in court? Please guide what would be best to do for future. Thanks

      Just have the proof of rent receipt it will help you if any litigation happens.

    As always people are less interested in getting rent but more interested that after rent agreement for 2 months or 1 year gets over then will tenant vacant house as agreement is not renewed

    Thank you for the information, But Indian proceedings are very slow, one of tenant took my father's shop, we had all kind of papers and were legal owner, still nothing happened except dates, For Indian law I would like to say court delays the justice, which is denying the Justice

    Can you enlighten me on old tenancy act where lifelong tenancy agreement is done... After 20 yrs..if tenant can become owner and what happens if suvh a tenant is located on 2 or 3rd floor and property is smashed by natural forces? Building falls down
