Hi bro, I'm working in the IT industry and tomorrow is the one year work anniversary still i have the utmost inferiority complex when i was speaking to colleague at the same time any team meeting or other client meeting.when I writing the mail or else writing is good bro, but when i will comes to speak that time i will be struggling bro. words are not comes to my mouth and get some panic at that time. thanks bro i will try this method for six months.

I have a differing view, why communication is always is equated to a "Particular" language skill and that language happens to be English almost all the time? Changing the environment, practice and thinking is English can improve your English speaking skill not necessarily communication skill. Language skills are part of communication skill, but they are not communication skill in its entirety . English Language skills can get you a call Centre job, but communication skills can make you a CEO of company.
