I really like your what ifs. They're very different from the others i see on YT and go in subtle depth when it comes to the plot.
The endings are also unique and genuinely feel realistic (like the last what if with the jedi and sith still living in the end, but both "winning", genuinely my favorite what if)

With 20yrs in LE would say all Jedi, should always carry a backup light-sabre. Ahsoka had the right load out and even though she used the Akimbo style, her 2nd blade saved her many times as in the Mandalorian. Yoda is a good example. "Dropped saber I did, into hiding I must go."😆

What if Darth Vitiate returned during the Clone Wars - what would happen then?
Possible continuation:
Maul's Criminal Empire lacks the industrial base to create powerful warships to contest the enemy in space, so most criminal worlds would fall under partial occupation due to being unable to prevent consistent landings from Imperial forces. However, Maul nor the criminal overlords would give up their power, which would lead to exhaustive guerilla warfare, resulting in anti-war sentiment in the Core Worlds.
Furthermore, war debts to the Kaminoans, along with reconstruction costs, would thrust the newly created Empire into an economic depression. Naturally, the blame for the troubles would fall upon Emperor Skywalker, and his reputation would only sour further due to surviving Jedi highlighting Anakin's role in the genocide. Padme, unaware of Anakin's actions until now, would immediately file for divorce, citing that while she still loves Anakin, she does not wish to raise her kids with a murderer.
Eventually, Anakin would be formally requested to abdicate by the Senate. Anakin, engulfed by stress due to Padme's withdrawal from their marriage and the continued pressure laid upon him, would agree to abdication. Sly would betray Anakin in favor of Governor Tarkin, who would assume the role as Emperor, promising to swiftly end the conflict in the Outer Rim and ensure order for generations.
It is not a fact that it will be so. Tarkin will be useful to Anakin as an ally. The survivings Jedis could only see stormtroopers attacking the temple, but not Anakin making a deal with the devil for the noble purpose of saving his wife. And the video recording files could have been destroyed during the destruction of the temple or destroyed by the emperor's henchmen in order not to give the surviving Jedi a reason to see what they would misunderstand and could use for their own purposes. Although clearly Anakin needs to visit a therapist to solve his internal problems. Moreover, he will learn how to properly manage anger and not take it out on others. Obi Wan being there wouldn't change much I think. Obi Wan couldn't even beat Dooku and that's even when he was teaming up with Anakin. And stands less of a chance with Palpatine.
