I have a Pace Arrow from 1997. It's super solid. Does have wear, but the floor doesn't creak. It's in pretty good condition for 26 yrs old and being outside most of its life. No delamination also has a Power Platform chassis. Which is almost like a semi monocoque chassis. I adore it lol
The half bath obviously has an inswing door so you can access it with the slides in. That second theater seat has no view of the tv but a wonderful view of the bathroom door.😆
Shimmy Shimmy was something we chanted to clap games (e.g., Miss Mary Mack-Mack-Mack) in the 1970s. And Josh and Billy chanted it in Big (currently available on UA-cam).
We really love this one - One question that was hard to see in the video, but we love the angled fireplaces and TV but can you see the TV from the one seat? It looks in the video that whomever was sitting on the right side wouldn't be able to see it.
One suggestion for the pantry... Put the drawers on the bottom, adjustable shelve on top. That way there's no issue of not being able to access that top drawer that was so high up.
19:07 The generator would be too loud for me. How are you supposed to sleep with that noise? At this price, why isn't it better insulated or the generator decoupled? Most of the time they are fixed to the frame. Without anti-vibration mounts.
Hi Matt and Andrea! Sorry I’m getting this comment in late but I forgot about time difference from here to Florida. Here’s my dislikes the power cord not on a reel. And carpet on the slide out. That’s it for dislikes. I love the interior and the refrigerator and the tv across from couch seats. Love the washer dryer placement. And the kitchen and pantry. Thank you Matt and Andrea! This Pace Arrow is very nice.
I converted my "sponge door" into a trash door lol I don't like keeping sponges like that, they stink. I just put them in the sink with bleach water and they stay there for cleaning. I like my trash door.
they should switch the location of the frig and booth making frig closer to kitchen? and if they put seat belts in the forward facing bench seat would be a great place to travel. they should flip the sink and toilet in the 1/2 bath and make the door open out. then maybe a PPP.
@@bobstern7827 That was my observation as well. I don't think there would be enough room to access that half bath with the slides in if the door opened out.
What I did not like was the theater seat closest to the bedroom could not view the tV or fireplace. The TV needs to swivel or the dinette and theater seats needed to be swapped positions
Never thought I'd consider a diesel pusher, but this one is pretty nice at that sales price.! Likes: full body paint, pass thru storage, bah and half, king bed, Interior cabinet color, ccc, oantry with shelfs, Dislikes: no oven (yes, we use ours), w&D (would prefer storage space), 40% off.
Someone should stop by a truck stop and see where the def hose is. The def fill needs to be next to the fuel fill. I have brought this to your attention several times, .but no onen seems to care.
The master bathroom is pretty nice and you almost shot down the PPP. You forgot about shutting the door. It may have given you that extra comfort space.
Matt; you make an excellent point, I would have never imagined that a diesel motor home could possibly be attainable from what I had read and seen from my limited research unless I went with a previously loved unit, but this review gives me some hope
Beautiful couple’s camper floorplan that would benefit from eliminating the NON-PPP 1/2 bath which is so tight you can’t even wipe your butt and moving the fridge into the kitchen area👍and the only way the full bath was a PPP is because there is never a full roll of toilet paper in the holder that would have definitely rubbed against Matt’s belly😂
We all love Matt and Andrea!! In a rv, my preference is not a PPP. It'll be a PTP (prime travel position). The family journey starts when you put it in drive. I'd like to see or rate the manufacturers in travel mode. Expand your likes and dislikes. A top 5 review of the best rvs in travel mode would be nice! Thank you!
I am thoroughly impressed by this floor plan. I only have a few nitpicks. A motorhome should not have a TPO roof. It should be a one piece fiberglass in every case. Every countertop beyond the kitchen was thermo foil, which I don't think belongs in a motorhome, especially when it's a diesel pusher. The TV is weirdly angled towards the dinette. It should be angked squarely at the theater seats. Pretty sure that could be fixed with an adjustable TV mount. However, the price trumps All of my nitpicks completely. This is an absolute bargain and probably one of the best values I've seen on the channel considering it's current price. This was another great review and thank you for that.
Great coach for the price! However, TPO roof and the TV out of position for the aft recliner. If only it could rotate towards the Back to give that seat a better view.
Thank you for your wonderful videos, I have watched several. The Fleetwood does look to be very nice. Likes: Outside color and wheels are very nice. I'm looking to buy a class A and think that something like this is just what I need. I had one dislike: the recliners are looking at the bathroom door, not the TV, fireplace, odd.
3 dislikes: handle on door , because I am shorty and like longer handle to grab. Way to access roof , and last didn’t see it as already installed solar panel/s. My 3 likes: the theater recliners with tv position, the interior colors- floors, countertops, cabinets, just love the colors, and last but not least the half bath so people don’t need to enter our bedroom to get to use the potty. Ok have to list a fourth like fueling on both sides. That is a nice plus. There are other likes I have but just know this RV has many pluses!
The slide outs seem to add little extra space for the added complexity. If they had two slide outs in one, which added an extra bedroom, or a full size bathroom, that would have been great.
Way outside my price range but later on in a few years I’ll be in the market for a used diesel pusher I’m definitely looking at early 2000s models because those are within my price range I live in middleburg Florida so I’ll definitely find a dealer that carries older models but I’m also wanting to look at conversion busses too preferably a silvery eagle but I do like diesel pusher rvs they are nice what early models of diesel pushers do you recommend so that I know what dealers to look at I definitely need to know
Matt, I would like to see a bigger hallway when it comes to the slides in. I would like to get to the bathroom without having a tight squeeze. I don't like that space in the RV.
My only dislike is the dark seats, blah, hate that. Love the white Cabinetry, the outside paint is fantastic. Don't know why they closed off the storage above the rail, Sports Coach and Palazzo have usable storage a above the rail. Overall it's a great Coach at a great price.
Not a fan of straight rail chassis nor the smaller 340HP Cummins plus the GCWR is really small at 33,000LBS. And the floorplan is the same as a Bounder 35K and similar to a lot of other Fleetwood units, they need more imagination. Tilt up bad, BOOOOO. But for the price I suppose a good entry level DP for a year or two.
Love the side entry door, interior decor and dash. Dislike the floor plan (couch is far from the front seats to make a conversation area; too close to the TV) and the TPO roof. It cannot be that much more to do fiberglass. I know the price is $220K; but I can't do a TPO roof. As long as the build quality is good - that could be a nice entry level DP for a lot of people. But 2023 is the last year for the Pace Arrow - they dropped it in 2024 - too bad, side entry is great.
Jaw dropping price. The fact that it is 40% off just shows NOBODY can afford them anymore. Not just because of the price of the RV, but because the cost of living has shot up so much, so these sit on lots, until the price is reduced so much they are affordable to the lucky few that have a few pennies left, can afford them.
Putting a 10,000 pound rated hitch and air lines on a unit with only a 3500 pound difference between gcwr and gvwr is a scummy move, Fleetwood. Go check the owners groups. Many unhappy PA owners.
@@genesymons9872 i appreciate that Matt (and team) generally hedges with a “know before you tow” when he thinks that the hitch rating is greater than the unit tow capacity. In this case Fleetwood is to blame. 10k hitch + diesel pusher doesn’t mean you can drag the factory over the mountain behind you. Fleetwood owner dormers reflect this dissatisfaction. To your point simple math is sometimes too challenging.
Hi guys, great video. As for likes/dislikes, I'll start with dislikes: 1)I 'dislike' (not strong enough, but oh well) that the TV in the living area doesn't face the theater seats!!! 2) The shower needs to be about 3" wider to be really good (they could take some of the space from the counter area), and 3) I don't like the fridge location. As fdr likes, EVERYTHING ELSE!!

Fridge should've been at the other end of the slide. Then the theater seats would've been more centered in front of the TV. Great review
Fridge behind Driver seat makes it easy for grabbing a cold beverage while going down the road
It maybe inexpensive, but it’s not cheap. 👍
It's not even close to inexpensive.
@@brianb-p6586 that subjective isn’t it.
It so funny when RV reviews (not just Matt's) show all what is suppose to be secret places 😂 Not so secret now 😂😂😂😂 Beautiful RV , love interior ❤
We really love this one - One question that was hard to see in the video, but we love the angled fireplaces and TV but can you see the TV from the one seat? It looks in the video that whomever was sitting on the right side wouldn't be able to see it.

@@bobstern7827 That was my observation as well. I don't think there would be enough room to access that half bath with the slides in if the door opened out.
With that long sofa, I'm not mad about the tilt-a-bed. I could easily take a nap on the couch. (I'm 5'1" tall) 😂

The 1/2 bath door doesn't open weird. It opens in so that thr toilet is accessible when the slides are in.
You'd pick up 4" in width if you closed the sliding door to the master bath, easily making it a 4P.
Very nice! 👍🤘Thank you! Thank you!🔶️🔸️💛🧡🧡🤎🧡🧡💛🔸️🔶️

Dont understand why the exhaust pipe juts out so far at the back. It would be very easy to damage while parking.......

What does tpo roof mean and why would fiberglass be better?
Great coach for the price! However, TPO roof and the TV out of position for the aft recliner. If only it could rotate towards the Back to give that seat a better view.
Yelling ITS NOW TIME FOR THE MSRP at the top of my lungs in my kitchen
Bur bur bur burrrrrr.
In the full bath, you checked the toilet with the door open. If you’d a closed the door, it would’ve given you 2 1/2 more inches by your arm.

Like this one but why do they put the air conditioners both in the living area. Why not one in the bedroom?

How are they offering $150k off msrp? Seems a little sus. It's a nice coach but serious RVers would grow out of it very quickly.
