As a resident of Birmingham, Alabama, and the amount of selfishness here is overwhelming. For decades as a kid, I dreamed of attending or volunteering for the Olympics or World Games. The city held the 2022 World Games, they advertised, and had so many sponsors, and freebies just to spread the word that the world was coming. And it opened my eyes. I was the only person from my entire neighborhood that volunteered. Capitalism and corruption and greed is tearing the US apart. If I could move to Japan, I would.
I've listened to every single Omega Tribe album and Downtown Mystery is by far my favorite! This is Omega Tribe at their finest 👌 It's a shame this one gets overlooked by so many people.
Sometimes it's ludicrous, almost absurd, why some songs don't get the attention they deserve.
