VERY GOOD VIDEO !! THIS HAS ALWAYS BEEN KNOWN AS THE COMMA SIGN, WHICH IS AN ARTHROSCOPIC SIGN FOR EXACTLY THE SAME FINDINGS. IT SERVES THEM TO BE ABLE TO FIND THE SUPERIOR ANTERO MARGIN OF THE SUBSCAPULARIS FOR REINSERTION.
Thx Gonzalo! BW chris
Very helpful for orthopedic surgeons. Thank you
Excellent concept, Christ! Thank you for bringing modeling clay into the game!
Ever since I saw a video of a surgeon doing it, I wanted it too, and my kids have plenty of play doh

@@ogcdark OGC, I wonder who you are! I'll get you! 😁
Love your channel, even though I mostly just do general radiology.
Thank you!
Thanks. Is the bridging sign related to the fact that the rotator cuff tendons are connected via the supporting ligaments (coracohumeral ligament, SGHL, rotator cable). Thus when you have contiguous RC tears, the supporting ligaments remain intact and are responsible for the bridge formation?
I have lateral down slopping of the acromium , is there any exercises that could help me?
thanks a lot. actually I've seen so many cases like this and was describing retracted adherent edges so the this description is so valuable scientific and brief expression. but could bridging be described also between chronic ACL and PCL tears at knee joint?
I would not use bridging sign in knee MRI. Do you have a reference?
What is the difference between "bridging sign" and "comma sign"? Thanks in advance.
I think the same
Comma sign more from orthopedic side and the publication's seem newer. I don't see a comma myself in MRI as an engram and I prefer the bridge😉
This is what I was going to ask.
What are your sequences of choice for evaluating rotator cuff tear?
U can use the Essr sports committee MRI protocol
