I want a living, breathing universe, where we can have leagues form and die out (AAF, Arena AFL), merge (NFL with the first AFL), or even teams getting absorbed by another league (80s USFL).
Say um as much as you like, I make fun of my wife for doing that at the drive thru while ordering. I swear she ends up adding an extra minute of time ordering as "um" comes out after every third or fourth word. Of course I myself never have any annoying habits.
The announcers saying the actual team names at the start of a game and during and after once the game has released for a while also I hope the gameplay will be good as well.
Mainly Gameplay and schematic improvements on the field and making sure that coverage and blocking assignments work correct. Weather is a big thing for me but give the option to change the weather for those who don't like it. Off field stuff like contracts and scouting are important to me so I want that to have many layers to it.

You probably already know this but Big Ant Studios, Rugby League Live 4 had one of the best cheerleader and player field entries in sport gaming.
I hope to see a band section for the college mode and for the professional side some kind of pro bowl or a pro collegiate bowl for those top college players going to the draft. It would be nice to see all your various custom helmets in that bowl game.

Hoping for a online co-op where you can create your own player and play on the same team with your friends. Something like fifas pro clubs.

Don't care about cheerleaders, actually it's only like it if they were in cutscenes. No need to add things that can hurt gameplay
