I feel so accomplished/useful, when I can make 10-12 meals at a time. I can handle being up about 1 1/2 hours at a time, but that's time enough to zip around my kitchen, getting things prepped, and bagged. That zipping around I do, is done in a wheelchair. Kelly you really have changed my life. P.S Yes, the food is delicious!
