Hello Emily: I'm a new subscriber to your channel. I've spent many years studying various successful UA-cam Channels (>100,000 subscribers). From my research, the key is like Elon Musk said: "Provide Users with High Value Content." However, i've spent most of my life unemployed due to a disability. I've been playing Guitar since 2002 and writing music since 2009. I've wanted to start some kind of UA-cam channel either Guitar, Fitness, or both since 2011 but have no idea what i'm doing. I realize that you shared the gear you use to record videos. Can you share what types of videos have allowed you to get over 200,000 subscribers and what specific value they brought to users?
This was great!! I am going to start my own channel (apart from this one) for my own music. You've given me a lot of inspiration so thank you for that!

Hey Emily! I'm glad that you're doing more vlogs now! I think it will be a great way for you to connect with us, your fans. And I believe that you have so much experience that we would all benefit from or enjoy if you choose to share. Topics that people might find interesting are historical reminiscing about past tours/ gigs, travel experiences, tour bus stories or maybe a gag reel/ blooper vlog once in a while. I myself would like more tutorials on how you set up & use your recording gear. Or if you were interested in teaching some of your favorite riffs or practice drills. And of course anytime you want to just play, that would be cool too! Thanks for being so cool Emily. Stay safe
Excellent stuff I'm still at the freebie stage [except for the Strat] USB lead directly into laptop, free Amplitube and free video software. Might have to upgrade....
what about those that don't have enough money for all the edit, cables, interface, but they have a real Kick-Ass iPhone? I see many people that just record with an iPhone and it comes out really good with thier guitar and amp...just curious
