- A Maryland mom is trying a unique way of finding her daughter's killer. Patty Morin appears in a 30-second commercial tearfully asking for help in solving what happened to her 37-year-old daughter who disappeared while out for a jog. The search for Rachel Morin's killer exposed the apparent existence of a cross-country monster on the loose. Authorities have linked her murder to a home invasion in Los Angeles. Inside Edition’s Jim Moret has more.

It’s never been said who closed the door to the minor girl’s residence, who the unknown man assaulted in Southern California. I’ve always thought it was the minor’s arm or a younger sibling maybe.
The young woman who he just attacked and raped, video was evidence in her case. DNA from her rape kit was put on file but not linked to anyone until a rape kit was done on the murdered woman.
They never said that a young girl was raped in LA. They got the DNA from a hat he left behind at the LA home. I heard the person was assaulted.@@EternallyIndependant

Since cellphone data connects the cases, and both incidents happened in the wee hours of the night/morning, cellphone data can definitely narrow their search of devices traveling at those specific ping times, only a hand full of pings would have been moving at those times. No cameras? No stores caught him walking or driving by? No ring doorbells? I dont believe it!!
