Thank you for the great content and very different. I like your intros and the guests. The discussion is very interesting too. I liked the part where you and the guest priest are talking about punk going only so far and becomes what it hates. I like the nous analysis. The chat on St. Paisios parable and the roots of the tree.
@@thestudyofstuff I forgot to mention the part about gluttony having many forms and the lust of the eyes that sins are on our fingers nowadays very good points in the discussion. Also I admit that I like and seek controversy in content, so discussions that touch in taboos would be great to see. One more thing I wanted to share is that for someone like me who grew up in Greece and had a very stereotypical almost negative idea of who is and how orthodox looks like your podcast is a nice surprise now that I am rediscovering the faith and reconnecting with my roots in an authentic way.
@@Dorothea2009 I can totally relate. I'm a Greek Canadian.. I was born and raised in the Greek Orthodox church in Canada. My view of the faith growing up was mostly ethic and I wast really taught much about the actual faith. I'm now learning and relearning and have realized how VERY little I knew and know. It has been a VERY humbling experience to say the least. I'm learning so much and have come to love what our church really is... I VERY much appreciate you sharing you story... may God bless us to find more of the truth.... All Gloy to God for helping us find out way back home
This was an excellent interview. There are so many points of discussion that could each warrant their own episode. Channels like this one and interviews like this one have become instrumental in my journey to Orthodoxy. You touched on part of my story here where you discussed how approachable and "normal" Orthodox priests are. Jonathan Pageau, for all of his excellent content, really helped demystify Orthodoxy for me so that I could exerience the mystery myself - which only comes from in-person participation in the Liturgy. Pageau's podcast led me to many others from Ancient Faith Radio that further dymystified it for me. One of God's greatest graces to me was bringing Father Seraphim Cardoza and Matushka into my life who led me to the local Orthodox church. The timing could not have been better.
All glory to God... I truly appreciate you watching and commenting more than you know. Mr Pageau is excellent and I look forward to maybe being able to have a conversation with him one day God willing. I'm not familiar with the other names but I will definitely look into it. Thank you for your story... God bless
hey mano, i loved thy interview with EntrepreNous. you did well expressing thy perspective and how creatively driven your fresh kitchen business is. OH i WANNA visit and enjoy thy work..
Subbed. My first car was a '76 beetle. Totally rebuilt, and put a 2110 in it eventually. It was a great first car, and I still miss the experience of driving such a simple and manual machine. Had to let it go when I didn't have a space to work on it, after a bad carb fire.(Broken Distributor spring)
