This tutorial was amazing!! You did an amazing job going through step by step & explaining everything!. I’m just starting to get into drag/ make up and this vid gave me all the confidence to dive head first into it!!!
Thank you for this awesome video. I really like the fact that you don't rush through the video and that explain things in detail. The close up shots are super helpful. Love ya.
@@KardiBlac I liked that it was a longer video. Some makeup tutorials go too fast or they leave out important details. I think this video would be great for someone who may be a beginner and trying to develop their skills.
I absolutely love your videos, been a fan of yours for a while now. You are so educational and helpful in your videos where it makes me feel better and have have fun with the makeup. I can’t wait to try it with a black lip for my next drag show next month
This is exactly the kind of video I’ve been waiting for! I’m more on this side of the spectrum - and although I’m totally going to experiment w some of your more dramatic drag makeup looks - I’m super excited to try what I’ve learned from this! More more more ! 👏
Your tutorials have been so helpful to me starting drag, I must say again. I have a similar pink beauty blender and it does a great job on face coverage. I'm trying to get better with bronzer and contouring, (especially now with a new camera! lol) and you have such great tips on how to do it. Also, had to laugh when you had the concealer on your upper lip like a cute, flesh coloured Charlie Chaplin mustache. Love, love, LOVE it, Kardi! Your friend, Brett Strong.
Fantastic videos thank you. Going out out dressed for the 1st time next week so I shall be following you tutorial. Fingers crossed I look half as good as you do.
Absoulty love watching your tutorials I am not the best at eyeshadow at times but your tips have helped me so much my son also loves drag and admires you. proud mum❤ he's learning along with you thankyou kardi think I will give this ago today xxx
Now that was a really good makeup lesson.. Still, (I think) complicated. I reckon that you could do a simpler version for us mortals out here!! Love your style and attitude.
I love the fact that you let ppl know, they don't have to buy the exact same products you used, because I lot of content creators don't do that and it makes ppl think they absolutely need that exact products to achieve the look. As a makeup lover myself, I always tell ppl the same thing. You don't need to break the bank to get a beautiful look, you could achieve the same look with cheaper products. I have an embarrassing amount of makeup because I'm extremely extra, but pls do listen to him, you could get beautiful makeup looks with inexpensive products as well.
Thank you! Yes I always tell people this, its not the products you use its the techniques! Products obviously have some effect to the outcome but 80% of it is down to technique!
Thank you for your video! You are beautiful and an AMAZING artist. I am a Momma of a new daughter and I've been researching like crazy so I can help teach her. Your video are amazing and you explain not only what to do, but, WHY. This Momma thanks you so much.... you are also the ONLY person I've seen address hooded eye issues, and thank you so much for that ❤
I've seen a lot of makeup videos where everyone puts concealer on their lids as a base for eyeshadow. Do you set the concealer with anything or just apply eyeshadow directly on the concealer?
I always apply eyeshadow directly onto the concealer which makes a more pigmented finish, as the base is creamy so it amplifies the shadows You can set the base too, which will make blending easier but the eyeshadow won’t be as pigmented ✨
Just came across your video. I have a question, on the question of lipstick, I do not have a 'cupid's bow', how would you suggest navigating around that?. Thank you.
Hey kardi i adore your tutorials ❤❤❤ i love love love this look ive tried to do it and coco the clown doest come close haha😂😂 but i shall master this look 😂😂😂 can i ask you or anybody else who reads this i hope you all are having a great day what primer would you say is best for oily skin as ive used a couple of primers before and it just turns to a mess under my make up which creates putty through my foundation😢😢 and the ones i baught were not cheap please let me know if you dont mind what primer would you say was best love ya hun ❤❤❤❤❤ and thankyou again ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hey lovedly, thanks for the comment! For your primer I recommend a matte one, I love the NYX Matte Primer, The Maybelline Masterfix Primer, Benefit Porefessional and Beauty Crop Pore Primer I also recommend you use a good retinol serum and toner underneath your makeup to help prevent oils peaking through, also have you tried setting the primer with a powder before foundation? This is a hack MUA's use!
@Kardi Blac thankyou so very much I will 100 percent be trying your recommendations and tricks thankyou so much again cannot wait for the next video much love to ya hun❤️❤️❤️❤️
Playing with a thicker black shape on the outer eye, and leaving the inner eye completely bare or highlighted. I noticed an oval / round shaped Smokey blend is easier to do than any sharp eyeliner lined. And more feminine 😅
Don’t let silly things like makeup make you think you can’t do drag, makeup comes with practice! The more you do it, naturally the better you will become! Do what you can, and be confident!
I am so in need of a new clip/tutorial. You have such a therapeutic and soothing voice.

I love it. So cute
You never miss, damn. You're stunning.
You look like Jesy Nelson from Little Mix with this great make up ! ^^
Where does the wig come from ?
Everyone says this! I don’t see it but I wish I did 🤣
The wig is from a seller called “imstyle” they’re on aliexpress!
I wish you would do a video on eyebrows from male to female. They never look good on me.
Enjoyment is important 🎉 for makeup.

Oh thank you for this :) love your videos
Not a problem! Thank you for watching!
I do a ton of cosplay and many of the characters i do are female. This really helped as my skills are mediocre.
Any tips for when using your natural brows and not having much lid space?
Playing with a thicker black shape on the outer eye, and leaving the inner eye completely bare or highlighted.
I noticed an oval / round shaped Smokey blend is easier to do than any sharp eyeliner lined. And more feminine 😅
I really suck at makeup. I hope your tips work for me. I might be wrong, but I think certain makeup styles and face shapes don't go together.
My style of makeup is made so everyone can do it! You may have to alternate some shapes and colours but trust me it works! ✨
Kardi, what is your advice for someone who is starting drag but is discouraged due to how bad their makeup and makeup skills are?
Don’t let silly things like makeup make you think you can’t do drag, makeup comes with practice!
The more you do it, naturally the better you will become!
Do what you can, and be confident!
@@KardiBlac Wow, thank you
Love it ❤
