      @@trishpugelli5371 well what made me think it is that there seems to be a lot of women that just sit around with their lives almost on hold while their husbands are in prison for decades. They are alone and having to take care of all the kids and responsibilities themselves with no help from a deadbeat who has obviously done some pretty terrible things to be spending that long locked up. It seems like a lot of women just have very low standards for who they get involved with and I think it is sad. Half the time i bet the guys locked up are playing other women for letters and money too. If I'm wrong about you and you are happy then that's good. I think I'd rather have a partner in life that is present and not a hardcore criminal. Best wishes to you.

      @Bloodeagle-so7bq 5 років тому +18

      If ur a felon and you want a job, move to Co, Nd, or Tx and get into the oilfield. Ive got 7 felonies, just did a 12 piece and got into the oilfield right when i got out. 3 years later im a supervisor and make about 12k a month (if i work the whole month) As a felon theres not much else you could do legally and make that much.

    • @Bloodeagle-so7bq
      @Bloodeagle-so7bq 5 років тому +2

      I live in Co, but the best right now is probably Texas, they've got the most going on. As far as experience goes obviously any is good, but it's not hard to get a job in the oilfield without it. I started in flowback/well testing with 0 oilfield experience. Oilfield is its own thing but mechanical background is a plus. You can start in water transfer make about $1500 a week. The oilfield you make your money from your hours, usually 12-13hrs a day 7 days a week. My schedule right now is 13 a day and i work a month on 2 weeks off.

    So many trans individuals in the comments and yet I, a cis guy, has to be the only one who corrects this guy and explain that gender and sexuality are two totally different imperatives. So when he mentioned "transgenders and people who sexually swing that way" - no; you can be trans and either be straight or a member of the LGB community. They don't intersect. I understand that he doesn't have an education but, you know, when you deal with people and their lives, the best respect you can give them is to start off with a disclaimer that you're ignorant to the dynamics of their specific demographic.

    I have two things to say, first your enjoy Deathwish coffee and I do as well and I think it is cool. Second I am transgender and this is always in the back of my mind because you never know what will happen when one is stopped by the cops.
    I am in 50's and I really can't fight, and back in the day I was in the army and I was picked on/bullied and I finally reconnected with these guys they apologize, but I had to ask why they did it, they said because I was just an easy target and I feel I have been an easy target my whole life.
    In today's political climate I worry about the justice system and how I would be treated if I ever end up in jail and which one would they put me in. I just had bottom surgery so that more than likely may get me sent to a women's facility, but one never knows what will happen.
    So thank you for post this, and keep enjoying Deathwish coffee.

    IMPORTANT-- Could you give me advice and guidance on how to accept this as you previously mentioned in one of your videos a while back that you have thought about it a lot. I am catholic but i fear death, think of death a lot and i haven't been able to make peace with the fact that i will not he here breathing one day. I am 17 and although i fear dying (the unknown i guess), i actually am more scared losing an immediate family member such as my mother and father and i dont know how i will live without them in my life.

      @Josie Whales He also said he is very interested in religion and other peoples views on life etc and he has answered questions regarding religion in the past and even has a video on his view of death and the after life so not all his content is prison related. You're quite ignorant and probably haven't watched too many of his videos by the look of it.

      Death is nothing to fear. It is suffering that you should fear, NOT death. I am not a religious person, so I believe that when we die we simply cease to exist. You will no longer have a sense of self-awareness. Therefore you will no longer feel pain, no longer feel sadness, fear, worry etc. You will not miss the people that you love. You will feel NOTHING at all. Good or bad.The world will go on, just as it did before you ever existed. Now, losing someone that you love dearly, that would be painful. I can relate to you there. My mom and I are very close, and I honestly can not imagine my life without her in it. Losing her has been my biggest fear since childhood. Every time she would leave me (even if it were only for a short while) I was always afraid that she might not ever come back. I honestly believe that I wouldn't be able to go on without her. I would be lost! And I am a grown woman now, in my late thirties! Sometines I really wish that I could believe in a "god" and an afterlife and all that. I certainly understand the appeal. It's comforting. And it gives life purpose and meaning. And as human beings we want to find meaning in things. We desperately want (and need) to believe that everything happens for a reason. That everything can be explained. But the hard and cold truth of the matter is that everything is just fucking random. That is my view anyway. And as someone who has suffered from poor health, and has lived with unrelenting and unimaginable pain for years now I have learned not to fear death, but to welcome it. Embrace it even. I know this is probably not what you wanted to hear! And I sincerely hope that "Dr. Death" will take the time to share his perspective on this subject with you. With all of us in fact. I would be interested in hearing his thoughts on this topic too. And I am sure that it would start a lively (and very interesting!) discussion/debate. It might be helpful for you to speak to a therapist though, if this fear/anxiety over death/losing a loved one is causing you so much psychological distress. I think most everyone is afraid of death to some degree. But it is just a part of life. And for many people, death means an end to their suffering. Look at all the people who take their own lives every day. And those who are fighting for the right to medical assistance in dying. I am NOT saying that you should go out and kill yourself of course! Life CAN be a beautiful thing! What I AM saying however, is that life is not a picnic for everyone. And sometimes death CAN be a blessing or a gift. No one knows for sure what happens to us when we die. Maybe our souls do go on. Unlike many christians and bible thumper types who are so certain that their religion provides them with all of the answers, I am not so arrogant as to believe that I know the "truth". But what we DO know for sure is that we will no longer feel physical pain or mental anguish/torment. Our bodies and our minds will be still. At peace. We will be free from all of our earthly worries, concerns and troubles. And that is good enough for me. Comforting in fact. And if there IS an afterlife or a heaven it HAS to be better than the world that we live in now, right? I simply can not imagine it being any worse! I mean, take a look around you. There is SO much pain, suffering and injustice in this world. It is hard for me to understand how anyone can believe in a loving, just "god'. I certainly see no evidence of the existence of such a being. But then again, religion is not based on logic or reason I suppose. Well, I could go on and on forever on this topic! LOL We ultimately all have to decide for ourselves what we believe in. I really hope that you find whatever answers that you are seeking, and that it brings you some clarity, comfort and peace

      I'm trans. I studied philosophy and religion in college before I came out trans. I'd wanted to takeover my uncle's church when he retired. I'm not very religious anymore but some secular truth is sometimes in life death is a blessing. I was with my grandmother her last night on earth and she was ready to die. I was with my grandpa when he passed away and he looked happy. Don't let the fear of death define your life. Death is a guarantee for all of us. But it's on you to put in the work to find happiness for you and your loved ones and your community

    Trans issues started being talked about more around 2013, around the time same-sex marriage was bulldozing legal obstacles. That's when I first found out about terms like cisgender and the Lela Alcorn story blew up. Then, after Bruce became Caitlyn in 2015, the conversation really took off.
