    Nice looks cool eric, what kind of stove you cooking on? That pan needed to be hotter the sear to light, tip brush a little bit of oil over the steak then season, for the pan use oil trust me eric much better and I’ve gone to trade school and learned cooking and growing up in a pizza shop I learned a lot, best way to cook is with fire!!!

      My wife loved it. For me it was good but not excellent. Best way to describe is it felt like you were eating Fat. The part you cut off and everybody likes and they tell you not to eat. Imagine a whole steak tasting a lot like that filled with flavor but almost as lean as chicken. I am not sure if would eat it all the time but it was great to try it to see what the fuss is all about. This was the cheaper American version so the steak was $42 instead of $200. But I am sure the $200 one will be about the same. Go for
