    What they mean is, "I don't know what career I should go into; what kind of skills I should be acquiring" because choosing the wrong path can feel like a time waster in life if you make a poor decision.

      Everyone who feels that if they make the wrong decision, it will waste their precious years of life, stop overthinking. I don't mean that in a disrespecting way but that's just the truth. If you're under the age of 20, just go on UA-cam. Build a presence their. That will have the best ROI for you in the coming years. For everyone above 20, get a damn job.
      I know, that's the unsexy answer. But that's what the minority will do. Build a startup capital to invest in their business that they make after 8 hour of weekdays and weekends (just manage time however you like on them) . And yeah, making yt vids and then generating a business from that is absolutely possible. I literally started making vids like over a month ago, and it isn't getting any views, neither it will. Cuz I don't have any idea as to what do I produce

    Ask yourself "What does my ideal day look like?" Ofc don't be a dumbass and just fill it up with instant gratifications.
    For every hour of the day, plan out what you'd like to be doing.
    The activity that you want to give the majority of your time to, is what you want to do with your life.
    It is your purpose, your calling. Its the thing that you want to try and monetise.

    • @dna8269
      @dna8269 Рік тому +25

      I think MANY people would relate to this comment. I think there are a lot of people that don't feel excited by anything anymore even after "dopamine detoxing" and all that so this advice is difficult to apply just because of that alone. Definitely read "the power of now" and work on consciousness to live more in the present than in the future. Your fear of the future is almost always an illusion because things go differently. You need to get centered and come back to the here and now and presence. There's peace in presence. Same with social anxiety.

    • @skelpton4227
      @skelpton4227 Рік тому +7

      I have some advice for all 4 of you. I think the best way to unfuck your life should be to decrease social media consumption and increase reading something. Anything. Just read something. Reading activates a part of your brain that makes it easier for you to remember things, hence more confidence. And the best one lift weights and run. These three things can quite literally change your life. Running early in the day(bcz I hated it and you probably do as well), lifting weights whenever you get the time(I Only get timr at around 7-8 bcz of school), and lastly read in free time. These things can honestly change you so much. I don't even know where to start

    • @skelpton4227
      @skelpton4227 Рік тому

      Bcz I wanted to rant a bit about something, hear my story(which is considered reading btw 👀{can you read it all?})
      So, pre covid days, I was not much of a guy who did much things. I was the very definition of a Jeffrey and the worst part, I didn't knew I was so down bad in life. Bcz I was surrounded by mediocre people my entire 13 years of existence up until that point. So I only became friends with more and more degenerates, looked up articles that told me mastrubation is good for you and rarely studied(i.e. read) or exercised ever. This probably caused my height growth to stunt. I am running in the HGH secretion way nowadays. So, over the two years that followed that year, I became a complete ass Jeffrey. And I became a socially anxious jeffrey. I wasn't even confident enough in shouting. Heck I spoke in such a low voice, I can't believe nobody told me to stop being a bitch and speak up. When tate went Viral, That lit a fire in my eyes. All my life I considered I will just do whatever my parents will tell me to do with studies as that will give me a good enough life. I was put in a tution for improving my studies, and there I Heard a guy got 75 lakh month job(~$90k/month) after graduating from their college and I thought this is something I've gotta this is it. I will work hard to become a guy like this. But when tate came around, I realised, That's not it. If I want something, I've gotta be rich. When I saw tate spend $500k over a damn meeting with friends, it was honestly insane. That guy had access to 5 times the money I dreamt of for a mere meeting with friend. That's why I am honestly happy with where I'm rn. Life's hard af. But I don't feel good at all after finishing watching anime or manga for even 30 min. This was my addiction for the 2 covid years. Also, I was so damn anti-social I couldn't talk to girls. I couldn't make FUKKING EYECONTACT with them(lol wtf was I ) and now, albeit not that great, I can easily talk to girls, and let me tell you. Today, I went to the tution I alwasy go. And a girl(obviously the attractive one) was honestly talking to me like she does generally (it's like her thing where she have to be social with everyone, at least that's what I deducted. Keep in mind guys, this girl hate swears and get angry on people who does swear(kinda cutw ngl))
      And I noticed how fukking Normal I had become. I was smiling to her and the guy next to me. I was looking in her eyes when she talked or simply turned her head behind to look at me(no she isn't attracted to me, I am damn sure. I can say that cuz I have been in that tution for a bit and I shouldn't be an option for her, yet anyways. I am building muscles mates so will eventually attract a girl. But this just shows how self improvement of 2 months can make your life so damn different. I started self improvement after jumping deep inside hamza rabbit hol on may 1. Started to lift weights on like 24 April. Just with that, I made the most of small opportunities bcz I was aware of what was up throughout the whole day. And am I glad to do these things. Just run, lift weights and read. These things will lead you towards building a mind of a guy who makes $10k/month opportunity from thin air. No matter your age, DO IT. I am literally 16. Just fukking do it. And this willl probably be the best thing you would've done in your entire life.
      Keep on the grind boys.

    You have opened this video to read my comment. Monetizing your hobby is not ALWAYS possible. Period. And guess what, that's fine. Maybe you like chess, for example, but if you were a competitive player or you had to teach others to make a living you would start disliking your hobby and that's not the goal. Our generation is so soft that we think we have to enjoy work. WORK IS NOT ALWAYS ENJOYABLE ASSUME IT. The goal is try to hadle your job as good as possible. Only rich kids can ''monetize'' their stuff... just look around and don't be fooled.
    I'll give you an advice, if you don't know what to do with your life at least DONT WASTE YOUR YOUTH, start doing things that at least, you will not regret in the future. READING, GYM, LEARNING A NEW LANGUAGE, LEARN SOCIAL SKILLS.... and so on... so once you start discovering what you like, you will be in good shape, read, charismatic and charming.

    Dont be too hard on yourself when it comes to these sorts of questions in life, dont take it so seriously, throw yourself into certain crafts, ideas, things you think could be interesting and just screw around, create environments and steps that allow you to develop your own substructures of understanding, figure things out on your own in order to fully conceptualize the concept, bridging that gap between abstract and conceptual.
    as Jean Piaget put it (The Author of the Psychology of intelligence): “Each time one prematurely teaches a child something he could have discovered himself, that child is kept from inventing it and consequently from understanding it completely.”
    but also dont get too caught up in ideals and idealism, you'll find many ideals will betray you more often than not and are simply unreachable
    as Carl Jung put it: “Every form of addiction is bad, no matter whether the narcotic be alcohol, morphine or idealism.”
    It's all about that value hierarchy, the same way many people may not respect your advice, your words, or anything else for that matter, its due to value, you see the value of something that someone else may not, so its important to articulate yourself to properly give people insight on that.

    But days are spontaneous and plans change sometimes… like u organize to meet someone up, gotta study for a test, you need to go to your grandmas funeral, whatever. When those things happen, is it better to just plan the day at the beginning including that? When you are under 18 this happens a lot.

    This might sound stupid, but for me I’d like to travel and find myself and be around nature, and take pictures (I love photography) because where I’m at right now, I feel like I’m In this dust cloud and I can’t breathe, and everyone around me is smothering me. I just need to get away and clear my head.

    Decent advice but if you don't want to do anything then this still leaves a question mark for a lot of people. Some people genuinely just want to chill and lay around. I tend to default toward this state as well so this advice doesn't fully answer the question for people like me

    Man, it's hard to figure out what you want to do with your life when you're naturally a dreaming soul. Such as going pro at soccer or trying to get good and famous at music. These things require a lot of luck. all my passions are things that require luck. Frustrating lol

    What do I want to do ? Be influental, train, have money , idc if it's a corp job or what not, I wanted to get into mma but my health got messed up last yr, it's better now, plus while being somewhat famous sounds fun at first it feels like it will be annoying as shit in a year or so, so I try to avoid that

    The timetable spin puts an interesting analysis angle on it. I'm in this very boat after being fired from my career at 28 for not getting the covid shot. I was months away from 80k salary. With future prospects of 90k, up to 150k.

    tbh i often ask myself why i do certain things. why i work out, what i look forward to or even what i want to do when i finish school, hell if i had a answer i think i would be even better in anything. If u got the vision and got a goal u have something to train forward to, or look forward to but i didnt find that "thing" yet

    You know, if you let God guide the way, he’s always got a plan for you, even if it’s tough and hard. You may not see the rewards until you’ve passed away, but it’ll be worth it in the end. Trust him, don’t rely on your own ways, and all your ways will be established.

    Something very simple that allows to open a lot of options for life, is simply to get out of the normal zone of life, and traveling around the world and finding out new ways of living life instead of just being a normal person who only makes money and stayes put at home with family...
