And if it is the post-bullet Accelerator, then it would only last for 30 minutes as that is the time limit of your battery.
If you guys notice, the design of Index's clothes its also used in Louise's new design in Zero no Tsukiama's third season which will be coming out this year. (Cept her design will have a few minor alterations)
There's an inner "Self" and then there's Index. The arrangement keeps the books secret. The inner "Self" comes out only when Index is in mortal peril and uses the knowledge of the books to protect Index. Index can not access the books directly. Sounds like a split personality, but it isn't. The voices of the two "Selves" are different. I think the Church used magic to do this to her. I may be wrong in my explanation. It has been a while since I saw the series.
